I chatted for a good hour or so with Eri-san today on MSN messenger! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! And now I'm spoiled for American friends forever, sorry guys. I'm gonna be talking to no one but the Japanese from now on, because THEY ARE JUST TOO DAMN CUTE! )

Good lord, today has been such a fricking AWESOME day, I'm kind of worried o_o

I mean, I got my DVD ripped, and both important things uploaded for people (that I'm about to post to the main comm), then [livejournal.com profile] honooko buys me the BEST PRESENT EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT at GAIN, and now I've just gotten a message from MSN telling me that "Eriko would like to talk to you!" and leaving me an email address belonging to a certain FELLOW *PNISH*/TENIMYU/BURIMYU FAN WE ALL KNOW AND LOVE (no, not Noumin you whores ♥)

I added her, but it's what, 1 AM there? It let me send her a message though to let her know I added her, but HOMGHOMGHOMG I'M GOING TO BE SPEAKING/WRITING JAPANESE IN REAL TIME JIM BREEN PLEASE BE THERE FOR ME ♥

Ok you hos wanting more *pnish* stuff, I'm about to post this second download along with the first to [livejournal.com profile] pnish, and later today will be uploading a translation of the 40-questions from this batch :DDDDDD

ETA: OHMYGOD I'M TALKING TO HER RIGHT NOW. SOMEONE HELP. PLEASE.

誕生日おめでとうございます, ME!

*kills all your flists*

I'm the big 21 this year, ALCOHOL IS A GO NOW. Next time you all want to drink smirnoffs or whatever, TELL ME. I'LL SO GO BUY SOME. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY TASTE LIKE.

In other news, something of a nice birthday present from a girl who has no idea how happy she's made me. Eri is a Japanese girl whose blog I've stalkedhung around for a while due to her deep involvement in the TeniMyu and *pnish* fandoms. I occasionally post a comment when I can (i.e. when I feel like I've got something intelligent to comment on, which is rare :P), and I've gotten to the point where I comment often enough that I'm not as nervous anymore XD Still, it's fun bridging the gap between fandoms this way (even if she does have some weird pairing preferences MomoEiji whut)

With that said, she posted yesterday a lovely Graduation post, and I've been wanting to vent to the Japanese side for a while, so I thought, "Hell, may as well take advantage here," hoping Eri wouldn't be completely confused by what I said, nor completely offended, cause I'm just some crazy gaijin moving in on her Graduation sapfest ♥ The following is my reply to her post, and her subsequent reply to that, translated from her original Japanese:

Me
*weeps* All the fans over here are reeeeaaaaaally depressed, it's too soon for them to graduate! Just when we'd finally gotten over the Old Cast's graduation...

But, I'm glad that Aiba-kun is staying; someone has to pass on the TeniMyu spirit to the new cast (wait, newnew cast?) after all.
Over here, everyone loves the Old Cast, and the new cast doesn't have nearly as many fans, but for some reason everyone's so sad! Though the ichinen trio is very popular.

It's so strange, you know?...Even though we're so far apart, during times like these we feel really close, America and Japan. Both sides are frustrated, and sad, and everyone's probably thinking the same thing: "It's too soon..."

But you know, something good might come from this too. If the new cast was above the old cast, then the new new cast might be even above that...that's what I'm hoping for. It seems we've no choice but to wait and hope.

Anyways, there's still CinePuri! When I watch the trailer, it feels like New Cast will be around forever in that~. Even if they graduate, I can watch them any time, and remembering that sets me at ease.

I'm glad I got to see the New Cast's TeniMyu, I really am. I'm sad I didn't get to see them live, but I'm glad to at least have been able to see them on DVD.

I'll continue my support of TeniMyu from now on, while yelling, "Go for it~!" from a far-away country!

Waa, I made it pretty long. Sorry about that m(__)m I'll leave it at this~

Eri
Wawawa!
All in Japanese, and on top of that, such a long comment, thank you!!

Yes, that's right! ;;
It's like I can't tell what's what...
I was in a pretty deep shock too with the original cast, and on top of that I didn't have a chance to go see them...
This time I'm lucky this time in that I'll be able to go and see the show, but even so I'll still be spacing out from shock.

Seeing that New Cast's graduation isn't restricted just to Japanese fans, but is felt by overseas fans as well, I feel that they truly are loved.
Just by that you can sense the weight of graduation ;;
Although I always knew they'd graduate someday...haa...
I'm still all wound up *weeps*
Though it's not because of the circumstances, I'm thinking about writing a letter for the first time this performance.
Even though I really suck at writing ;;

But but, you're right, there's still CinePuri isn't there!♪
And Old Cast will be in it!☆
When I think about that, I get in high spirits again and can enjoy this last live!
So with that in mind, I'll give my same old worn out thoughts just like always~

Actually, I've been kind of thinking I might study some English.
When I heard that there are so many TeniMyu and *pnish* fans overseas, I started thinking it would be nice to be able to talk to them.
Though I get confused, and have a bad head, so I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to do that...
But please keep watch over me! *wry smile*

Well, I'll leave it at that! vv

Who has a new Japanese friend, [livejournal.com profile] kooriyoukai? Hint: the same person who should be STUDYING right now and aksdjhaksdjhaskd NOT ONLINE.

ME.

Kind of...

Most of you wouldn't know this, but I've been stalkingchecking this blog regularly since the girl who posts in it goes to, like, EVERY *pnish*/Nagayan/Kime/TeniMyu event EVER HELD. And then she posts about them and fangirls and gives us poor schmos across the seas something to squee about. So [livejournal.com profile] kooriyoukai convinced me somehow to get a blog on the site HERE yesterday so that I could comment in her journal. I didn't really want to at first, but then I figured it certainly couldn't hurt. I was mostly wary because many times a Japanese person won't be that comfortable knowing overseas people are reading their blogs that they don't know about (I've seen them get REALLY bent out of shape about it), but I gave in and commented as follows:

[Hello, Eri-san.

This is my first time commenting here, I hope that's all right.
I'm an American, but recently I've been peeking in on your blog (you're always posting about things that really interest me~). "Aah~ Eri-san is so lucky!" I thought, and just wanted to tell you that.

Some day I hope to go to Japan and have fun like you, but that dream is still far away...but some day for sure! If it's all right with you, I'll comment again! Thank you so much for making such interesting posts!]

I wasn't really expecting much of a reply beyond, "Uuuh yeeaaah, please don't post here anymore plzkthxbai," but on impulse I checked this morning, and lo and behold...

[Greetings and good day!
And also, Weeeelllcome~ to this zany blog! *laugh*
fencer_x-san, you're an American?!
Your Japanese is so good I was very surprised!
If it was something I could do, I'd love to comment in English, but...
I can't use anything but Japanese; (though whether or not it's GOOD Japanese is another matter...)

Going to Tenimyu and Nagayama-san's events, seeing *pnish* on stage, I'm very blessed.
Those with the time and money, all my friends who go to see these things with me when they're not too far away, those friends of mine who even though they can't go with me still cheer me on--I'm so happy to have them all. fencer_x-san, you like Tenimyu as well?!
I hope you can come to Japan some day so we can meet and talk about Tenimyu and *pnish* together!

Also, thank you so much for your words of praise. Come and hang out again! Well then, bye~!]

YOSH! JAPANESE PAL DEKITA. ♥
