So, I think I'm gonna do NaNoWriMo this year, because I've finally been writing a lot more lately, getting back into the groove again. Thing is, I don't want to write a NOVEL, I just want to challenge myself to write 50,000 words' worth of SOMETHING, so it'll probably just be me posting fic often enough in November to meet the requirements.
Are there any, like, daily challenges or prompts, even a single word, for people such as myself who just want to write write write but not write anything in particular? I'll probably limit myself to my usual fandoms, but it'd be nice to have some little something to follow or spring off of.
If not, I'll...I dunno XD Come up with something :P Maybe I'll open a dictionary at random til I find 30 words to fic about XD
In other news--I won
THIS *pnish* room ticket, and I think I'm gonna DIE *___* Granted, it's 3 times the original price, but it kind of balances out the load off my mind of having to worry about getting TWO tickets this weekend. Now I can focus on the 29th's ticket alone (which Paula and I WILL get together >_> WE WILL.) It almost (ALMOST) makes up for Nelke being crappy--which is getting a little easier to handle because Mitsuru's going, so I know she'll report each and every little touch or glance she sees, and Takada-san, too, so I get a first-hand report at NagaJo!
SPEAKING OF WHICH--NagaJo reservations open tomorrow @___@ I'll have to call and do it myself this time, I'm really nervous >_> I hate speaking Japanese on the phone, mostly because they can't TELL you're not Japanese, and come off thinking I'm retarded for a few minutes until they twig that I'M JUST GAIJIN. Anyways, I'll survive somehow :P
Work has been SO slow this week, it's great XD And Monday's a holiday! WOOHOO!!
Sono Tettou Otoko-tachi wa Iru to Iu comes tonight--it actually came YESTERDAY, but I wasn't home in time to get it, so it's being delivered tonight. YAY. This one's the Tuti+Wasshi combo play in response to Eiji's and Daiki's
Reverse Historica (REBIRTH, REVERSE, BOTH ARE VALID), and where RH was a really *pnish*-esque play (lots of comedy, action, drama, and a happy ending), this one is a MUCH darker, more serious play. It definitely has a lot of comedy in it, but the latter half is really dark, and people were bawling in the theater--myself included.
The report for it is in my memories, so go check it out if you want--I'll link it when I rip the show when it comes. I can't wait to share it with you guys!
