Yeeaaah I'm still ambivalent on that perm... but it'll grow out eventually so I'm just gonna be patient XD Tuti at least looks pretty good today! A turnaround XD (and is Tacchan high-fiving Tuti in the pic? Cause ADORABLE XD)
