Hmmm...I try to cook, really I do :<

I made this tonight, because it was incredibly easy and it was one of very few recipes where I was able to find all ingredients at my local 100-yen lawsons. Score!

It was...okay. The sauce and cheese were quite good, but the chicken was very tough. It recommends you use whole chicken breasts, and I suppose mine were just too big perhaps? I had 200 g of chicken sasami (pieces of breast cut into strips kind of like chicken fingers) and then two 200-g whole breasts that I found at the TESCO by my work. The strips of sasami were much more tender and cooked faster than the whole breasts, so if I try this again I might just cut everything into manageable pieces before tossing it in the pan.

I'm at least proud of myself for attempting it and making it come out relatively decent, lol XD;

Tomorrow's the Supporter's Club event! I'm going to the last one (there are 4 total throughout the day, and you had to choose one) because I figured if they stretch the time any, it's going to be at the end of the day ;) I hope it's fun!

Guess you need precision to cook chicken. ^^;; Don't leave it in for too long so it doesn't dry up fast, seeing it's chicken breast. You just gotta try finding the tender ones, I guess? :X

Chicken breast gets tough when cooked too long - for example, for small pieces, 2 minutes of cooking/frying is more than enough. It gives "fast food" a whole new meaning :D

damn :( I'm always scared of salmonella and shit so I like...cook the crap out of it and figured I just had low quality meat XD; It was supposed to simmer for like, 10 min though...guess I just overcooked it in the prep stage :/ Ah well, there's always next time...!
