Why can't ANYTHING work here?

gdi Livejournal. I want. My fucking. TAGS. Back.

And I want my paid account extended. Because why should I have to pay for the time that I have been deprived of a full paid-LJ experience? My T2 tag is pretty much empty because all the entries there have been untagged, as is my extensive MahaMo tag. There are hundreds of entries that, for all intents and purposes, are lost--because how am I to find them now? THAT WAS THE POINT OF TAGGING THEM.

My account expires Sunday. I like LJ, and want to continue LJ, but they fucking suck as a business in relating to their customers and keeping us abreast of issues. I've left no less than 4 angry tickets on the Support board over the past couple of months asking when this will be fixed, as have others. How the hell did this happen? I've just had two months of paid time wasted, pretty much. I'm not getting what I was promised when I paid--which was the same experience as every other paid user.

gdi LJ. Just. This fucking pisses me off so much.

WTF! That's...really dumb. :P How did you lose them in the first place? Was it because of the weird thing where you can't use slashes in tags (or whatever that was--I forget exactly XD;;) or is this some random LJ glitch? Either way, LJ sucks, I agree. >_> ....But unfortunately I feel like it sucks more with an unpaid account...which is why I keep giving them my money. >_< BLAH.

It's absolutely and utterly LJ's fault :/ They first lost ALL of my tags, and when I used tags I knew I had in the interim (such as my T2 tag, my MahaMo tag, etc.) those entries remained tagged when the rest were brought back, but the ones that had PREVIOUSLY had those tags now? Have nothing. And it accounts for about 500 entries (you can see them on my tags page here (http://fencer-x.livejournal.com/tag/); they're the ones at the top with just numbers). I can't even FIND those entries to retag them! I would literally have to go through EACH and EVERY one of the nearly 3000 entries I've ever made to find those 500.

Oh MAN. >_< That's just...inexcusable, really! They should absolutely give you something for that, free paid time, or something. :/ Have they responded at all to your complaints about it? >_> I swear, I have so little faith in LJ to fix anything anymore, it's really pretty sad. Hrm. :P

I know a lot of people who made the move when the great strike happened a few years ago, I stay because the fandoms are not the same as they are elsewhere.

Although, given how strange your layout now appears to be...I don't blame your frustrations...unless you are doing layout changes...
