So, the Rikkai Final 2 CD got released (check tenipuri_myu if you haven't seen the upload), and it's reminding me now, listening to these songs again, why I really love this cast, this incarnation, these songs, this musical, despite the predisposition to NOT liking Rikkai I had going into it. TeniMyu, you crazy bastard you!

Like, god--RYUUKI. Ryuuki. I had a hard time trying to decide who I liked better as Echizen, Shougo or Ryuuki. They're both so great, both great singers, great actors, had their characterizations down...but maybe just because I've been exposed to Ryuuki more, I love this boy. The sheer emotion he gives so unemotional a character as Ryoma in Kurayami ~ Boku wa Dare 2 minutes in--he's fricking crying tears of frustration, and that's an awesome thing.

And I want to have Masuda's voice's babies. I feel a little pregnant just from ima omae ni yarou, ore no yoyuu...

I know I already mentioned this way back when, but Shinogi wo Kezuru Mono-tachi is totally one of my favorite songs in that show (probably my favorite non-Graduation-related song at least).

Lololololol at one point I didn't really like 5th cast's ballad, GOD WAS I STUPID. 1st cast singing it and now attaching all these memories to it has made it totally sdifuhsildfusd ;___;

Tsuji's gotten really good at singing, or at least sounded good 1 min into Level Up (which btw I love also :P). Also lololololol T2 mini duet in that song for a whole 1 verse? XD

Ebo's crying during his opening line of Banzai ;_____; ilusm Ebooooo ;_; But holy FUCK does Shouta sound ADORABLE after it. That boy brings the absolute cuteness and excitement back to Kikumaru, ffffffff this BITCH.

Hell, I just love the crap out of this entire show, especially the final 20 min or so ;___; IS IT ONE WEEK FROM NOW YET?! <--BECAUSE THAT'S WHEN THE DVD COMES OUT 8DDDDD

I have to say I totally agree about Ryuuki. His voice and oh my gosh the emotion he put into those songs....I think I can't handle the dvd without bawling my eyes out xD I still think I like Shogo!Ryoma more...for no reason but yeah, Ryuuki was amazing. Absolutely brilliant.

Ryuuki, yessssss. The boy is amazing and to think he's only 15. Or 16? One or the other. I love Shougo's Ryoma but it might be that Ryuuki's Ryoma wins in my mind.

Banzai is a great song, even though that version isn't the happiest one. Oh, Ebo and someone else too who is holding back their tears.
