6 May 2010 02:09 pmRandom: GUESS WHAT'S IN KARAOKE NOW! TOO SLOW: WICKED!! When Meg and I went the other day, right there under the Gekidan Shiki new listings were Popular, Defying Gravity, For Good, and another song I didn't recognize by Japanese name (I think it was probably As Long as You're Mine) and sliudhflsdfs SO MUCH FUN TO SING but but but Defying Gravity and For Good are duets so...someone come to Japan and come to karaoke and sing these with me gdi ;_; Also, they're in Japanese, but I'M GOOD TO SING EITHER LANGUAGE SO JUST COME OKAY??
Iiiiiiin other news...
Good lord, how many names does Shouta have for Tsuji? XD In the Doubles article I posted a few days back, he called the guy "Tsujimocchan" <--the fuck? XD
The best part of that whole interview, though, was this question:
--So, you're both doubles pairs, but how are your relationships?
Shouta: Our characters were already called the Golden Pair from the beginning, so it was like, "Well, we don't have any choice but to make this work just the two of us!"
Tsuji: Their move is even called synchro, two bodies moving as one. So we decided to always be together--but I think that worked out for the best in the end.
Shouta: We always read one script between the two of us.
Tsuji: It's like, sitting there beside each other with the same script open before us and writing in the same notes and comments, you can really feel that sense of one-ness better, so that's what we decided to do. We've been going with that same style this whole time.
Shouta: Whether it was in the rehearsal hall or out in public we were always together, so it was never a problem.
Tsuji: When we'd hang out on our days off, there were a lot of times where we'd be, "For that scene, let's put our hands together and do it like in the manga!"
Shouta: We would decide on our own it was better that way because then it was more Golden Pair-ish and then we would try it out at rehearsals, and we wound up almost always doing it that way. To me, rather than being placed in a doubles pair and becoming good friends, it's more like we were two good friends who formed a pair together.
Tsuji: We have the same sense of humor, so we laugh at all the same things, and it's just like--we're really compatible.
Ebo: And geez, you know--you two are just so naturally clingy with each other! (haha)
Tsuji: We even came here for the interview together today!........Uh, you know, when I think about it...that's kind of weird!
["weird" in the 気持ち悪い way, but...not BAD necessarily, just...implicative!weird :D]
LOLOLOL BOYS. I love the word Ebo used to describe them, べたべた [(1) (on-mim) sticky; (2) all over; (3) clinging (e.g. of a person); following around; (adj-na)] <--they're in luuuuuuuurve :D Ebo's a sharp tack *is reminded of DL1st!Souta vs. Tuti/Nagayan's GP*

Date: 2010-05-06 06:13 am (UTC)It's vile the amount of money I would pay to see them redo that scene with 5th cast now. Fuck :P

Date: 2010-05-06 06:21 am (UTC)*____* Well, we still don't know what sorts of things are in store for 5th cast in this myu. After all, they've never had any lines in a DL before. XD; Anything is possible, especially with the nostalgic feel they seem to be going for this round!
And actually, I keep intermittently forgetting because of the thrill that is 1st cast coming back, but we really do get to look forward to more adlib-y, adorable scenes from 5th cast (and most likely their GP) in this myu, too! DLs are like... x10 gayer than the usual plot myus, and that's saying something! 8DD I hope T2 gets some cute lines and unnecessary hugging in during their stage time, at the very least. XP <3

Date: 2010-05-06 06:25 am (UTC)I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. This is why I ALMOST wish 1st cast weren't there to distract me :P It's unfair I'll have to divide my love...! I think I mentally decided a while back to set aside certain performances to focus entirely on one or the other XD
It's awesome though -- their first real Dream Live, probably JAM PACKED with adorable doubles scenes as usual, and NOTHING BUT T2 TO HOLD THE SPOTLIGHT. YES 8D I have faith in those two that they will gay the HELL out of that stage as best they can :P
I think I'll be disappointed if there's no kissing at senshuuraku..........oh who am I kidding, of course I'll be disappointed :Pno subject
Date: 2010-05-06 06:37 am (UTC)*cough*DL6*cough*, but this one is bittersweet-ly awesome in that ALL of the actors are fabulous. :X Still, what a thing to complain about, right? XD;; Dammit, Tenimyu! Stop inviting the good actors to be in your plays! :OI CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THEY PULL OUT FOR THE DOUBLES SONG THIS TIME AROUND! 8DDD Any predictions? Man, I guess we really haven't seen Tsuji or Shouta in that sort of exposed character-acting that you get with Dream Lives. I mean, it's one thing to play the part within a storyline and another thing to play the character on its own without a structure to support it. And again, lots of DLs have adlibs. 8DDD I'd love to see Tsuji adlib some Oishi-Kikumaru time, if you know what I mean. XDD
Nnf! God... I wish. XDDD; Maybe...? ... But no... Tenimyu would never have the balls... probably... XDDDD;;;no subject
Date: 2010-05-06 06:42 am (UTC)If there were some new song though *____* color me IN LOVE. I wouldn't put it past them to drum up a new doubles-pairs ballad or something at the 11th hour :D
God, Tsuji and Shouta doing DL-esque flirty scenes would just...kill me. DEAD. A beautiful death, though, decidedly XD
I wouldn't put it past them, though, to give something REALLY implicative, or imply something like a kiss or something at the end XDDDD Just for fanservice, but...still very much appreciated :D Guess we'll see!no subject
Date: 2010-05-06 07:02 am (UTC)Saigo no Golden Pair doesn't really sound like an all-doubles sort of song
though neither did Golden Pair ..., so the possibility of a new doubles song isn't too hard to picture! :DHere's hoping that whatever Golden Pair-ness that happens on that stage is incredibly shippy! They can't let their senpai down, after all! No one's been able to top 1st Cast's gay! 5th should try! XDDD
