TUTI AND NAGAYAN ARE GOING TO BE DOING MAJOR ICHAICHA ON THE DVD ALMOST 100% FOR SURE. How do I know this? Because the DVD was taped on the 31st, and DVDs have historically mainly been comprised of the evening shows...so what happened at the evening show on the 31st? Mitsuru fills in the gaps:
So this is how the evening show's uso contest went:
The first team up was Renji, volunteering. His partner was Byakuya, whose birthday it was.
As expected the contents dealt with birthday jokes. [...]
The second up was Hinamori, chosen by Gin. I had hoped that she might at least choose Shiro-chan as her partner...but alas, it was Kenpachi.
[...] But that Tuti! He's a man who knows the hearts of Tuti/Nagayan shippers! Or maybe he just folded under the great pressure of the TxN shippers and chose Shiro-chan next.
And picking up deftly on the joke Shiro-chan had made during the Men's Shinigami Association of, "A man waits for an avalanche on a snowy mountain", he announced, "Next will be...Shiro-chan, who waits for avalanches." He then continued with, "Now, Shiro-chan. Please choose your partner," using the 'Shiro-chan' title as his default--and fixing him with a sharp glare, then came:
"Ichimaru."
The unexpected 'Ichimaru' arrived~~~~!!!
Man, my heart was exploding in my chest--is it seriously okay for my wishes to come true like this!?
Obviously not expecting himself to be chosen, Tuti!Gin froze on the steps. Like, 'Eh? Me?' and stared at Shiro-chan. And here he was no longer Gin but completely Tuti.
"I-chi-ma-ru," he called again.
And with an, "Eeeeehhhhh" expression, he slowly approached Shiro-chan, and thus started the uso contest
"Ichimaru--just how do you feel about Matsumoto?"
"Kyaaaaa!" screamed the whole theater. But Gin just froze, searching Shiro-chan's face.
"As her captain, I'm worried about her. Depending on your answer, I may be able to forgive you. Right, Matsumoto?" He suddenly turned towards the side of the stage and addressed the wing, and then on came running Rangiku, shouting, "Gin, you idiot!!"--though rather than aiming it at Gin, she just shouted it at the audience and then ran back off.
"How's that, Ichimaru!"
Shiro-chan drew near and Gin just stood there speechless, unable to respond. And then the end came at last. He laid his hand on Gin's head, then grabbed a handful of hair and with a malicious release snapped, "Just kidding! I'm definitely never forgiving you!" [...]
"And the winner is Shiro-chan who grabbed a chunk of my hair." And the theater went CRAZY with "Gyaaaaa!"s! [...]
Aaand apparently Tuti was the backup dancer for Song for You (it changes daily, with Ichigo picking a different actor each show. HOT TUTI DANCING ON DVDS CAN BE HAS'D NAO???
