Umm, yeah, I'm writing this cause I still have a couple of hours before my mom gets here, and want to clean and crap, but my roommate's still asleep, so I sit here in the dark, unable to study or clean, really, bored.

I'm worried about my stats test tomorrow, seeing as I haven't started studying at all, and seeing as I'm in BIG trouble if I don't get my GPA above 3.5 again (it was 3.47 as of last semester's end >_>). I took 6 classes this semester, and know I'm getting an A in 3 of them, am 90% sure I'm getting an A in 5 of them, and am still worried about stats. I mean, I made almost an A on the first exam, a lowlowlow B on the second one, think I did pretty well on the paper (which was a big part of our grade), but have done horribly on homework. So I need a decent grade on this final to make up for it.

Now, the prof is practically handing me an A on a silver platter. We get four--FOUR--formula sheets that we make up (front back, as much and WHATEVER we want written on it, we could even shrink down old tests so long as it fit on the page...which I may do >_>), 2 old test--WITH ANSWERS AND EXPLANATIONS--to study, all the homework problems online with answers and explanations. I should ace this test. But there's just the problem of I SUCK AT MATH. Logic FAILS me. Urgh.

And, like, if I lose the scholarship I need to have this 3.5 for? That's $1500 less that I have to pay for rent and stuff. Which is going to be TOUGH to make up for. I'll have to work, probably, and that? Whiel taking Biochem and Anatomy? So not physically possible.

So, yeah, I'm worried >_< I shouldn't be, because I'm going to study my ass of tonight and do FINE on the test and even if I make a B in the class I'll still maybe probably hopefully have enough As in other classes to boost me back to a 3.5 or above and I'll have worried for nothing.

But still >_> I want it to be this time tomorrow already ;__;

Ah yes, so this means I won't be on til tomorrow evening, guys. My exam's from 8-10 AM, and then it's pack-like-crazy and 'Sign Apartment Papers!' time, yaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

I feel your math pain. While Algebra is easy to everyone else, I really suck at math. And I've been studying algebra lately because it's a required class at my college. I have to take two semesters of math. But then the catch is that I have to test into it first and if I fail the test, I have to wait an entire year to try again. Argh -_- So, testing is sometime this month/next month and it's stressy.

But! I really hope you do well on your test. I think as long as you study, you'll be fine. And relax a little, if you can. I know it's hard when your money is tied to having a certain GPA ^^;; Best of luck, hon! *hugs*

Maintaining a 3.5 is tough. You ownx0rs though. Six classes? Wow. That I can never do (and I'm trying five in the fall, as well as two summer classes, I'd like my associates soon kthxbye). Best of luck on your exam though.

Does A&M run on the staggered grade system? Like, A = 4.0, A- = 3.7, B+ = 3.5 and the like? If you've got solid grades, just As and Bs, then I would worry at all. I mean, three solid As and three solid Bs is a 3.5. And if you think you have at least one more A somewhere, then it's a 3.667, so maybe that eases your thoughts?

Have more confidence in yourself! If a history major like me can pass Calculus, you (being a ton smarter than me) can certainly pass Stats. Gotcha in my prayers nonetheless, but I have faith in you.

It's a cumulative test? Then the other tests would be good, as well as the big formulas that are present in everything. You've got FOUR formula sheets; you could feasibly put both tests, formulas, and homework on there. I would say that you shouldn't study because you'd have all the answers and formulas there. Memorize which formulas are where, so you can easily find them. Practice the old homework problems and check to see if your answers match the professors. If you spend Sunday studying, you should be more than ready for this test. Have more confidence in yourself girl! Do you KNOW how smart you are? Sit down, crack those books, shrink those pages, and go at it! *personal cheerleader*

Nya, I totally feel your math pain too... ;__; But I really think you'll be fine. Especially with the formula sheets. I mean, I'm the same way with math, I have to have examples for everything, and hehe... With 4 sheets it seems like you could probably fit an example of every type of problem known to the class, in which case... An A is inevitable. *grins* That's what I'd try anyway. I remember doing that in surreptitious ways on my calculator in school... XD;;; Just write reeeeaaaally small. ^_~ Anyway, good luck... And try not to stress too much. *hugs* ^_^
