my GOD guys I didn't want to get my hopes up about KLM and whatnot and I realize it's mostly Nagayan being his usual camwhore self and snapping shots all over the place of everyone even though "everyone" has included or been exclusively Tuti 90% of the time but but but but GEEEEEEZ. They're filming some if not most of this for the backstage apparently and just just I can't stop hyperventilating here at all the AWESOMENESS.

I COMPLETELY AGREE!

I mean, I know I don't really KNOW these guys, but between the two, I can totally see Tuti expressing such stereotypical "female" jealousy pettiness over Nagayan (and OVER Nagayan) any day. Maybe it's because Nagayan always puts himself out there for everyone, separating the many aspects of his life between family, friends, fans and other loved ones, where Tuti seems to be this guy that focuses on one thing at a time and is just so... secretive and doesn't put his whole life out of the entire world to see, that I can picture Tuti... well... not completely and always but having moments or times where he just doesn't WANT to share Nagayan with anyone else, and not really being able to express that any other way than being petty and bitchy.

Hmmmmmm... love the man dearly, but yeah, I can totally see that. Just as much as I firmly believe that even if/when the boy does get jealous and petty and down right bitchy, Nagayan (while perhaps annoyed at times), completely gets it.

Granted, I feel like much accurate portrayal of Tuti has suffered because of his disinclination to share too much of his "real" self...

Completely agree here, but then, I also believe that over the years, we must have somehow garnered some sort of idea of what Tuti is really like, or how he would react to such and such a situation...

To me, I think Tuti does have this certain idea of order in his life, or at least an ideal of how things were supposed to be (something the perfectionist in him must have), and while maybe he might not have been actively looking for that certain someone in his life, he still had this idea of if he did find that person of how things were meant to be, and with Nagayan unexpectantly being that someone, shit hit the fan and this perfect little idea of how life is supposed to be with the person he loves flew out the window. It would definitely be a difficult time of adjustment for the guy. IMHO.

And as you stated, I do also see over the years it getting easier for Tuti to share Nagayan. Prehaps it's Tuti letting go of his insecurity that just because Nagayan has all these other obligations doesn't mean his obligation to Tuti is any less important. Or maybe after so many years of struggling and finding his way, Tuti finally has mapped out his and Nagayan's relationship and understands it better with each and every day they are together (the perfectionist coming out), but I too can see there always being that little part of him that will still get a little pissy over having to share Nagayan.

That whole middle section kinda made me tear up because it's so true and sdlifuhflisdfs I almost want to write something like that, of Tuti just finally reconciling that he's never going to get anything like the relationship he always wanted so long as he's with Takashi, but how it starts to not matter, he starts to forget how he wanted it to be and learns to appreciate what he has and how much better it can be that way because he's with Takashi and not someone who is Not Takashi ;___;

I feel like, also, over the years...while he may have gotten used to having to share him, he "shares" him--online--as little as possible. Going back through old pnish blog entries, you can see lots of little shots of them together and whatnot, but these days what we get is few and far between and all the more precious for it ;_; I need to go back and organize my blog photos of them by Who Posted It. And sure, part of me is annoyed that he doesn't WANT to just paper his blog with pictures of them, rules be damned, but then I have to remind myself that he can afford to be picky and petty and protective and not feel like pandering their relationship as something for the creepy onlookers to lick up and fangirl about on their own blogs (whoooooops >_>) and it won't affect their popularity as individuals a bit.

...Which makes me really glad Nagayan is such a camwhore, really :)

Man, I was thinking about their blogs recently (well, I've thought about them a lot - especially when DL their pics and saving them for posterity sake), and am amazed when comparing their posts. Nagayan... post 99.9999% daily, and sometimes, multiple times, and I love it. Tuti... obviously... not so much, and then when he does post including a photo here or there, the pics aren't of... well.. anything. A building wherever he is, a bowl of whatever he's about to eat, a bottle of wine, Mt. Fuji from a distance, a really bad picture of himself... and I agree, I cherish the few and far between pics he does supply of Nagayan or him with Nagayan, because usually they are awesome pictures - like he's taken a certain care when snapping the shot... or something... or maybe I'm thinking too much into all of this... The point is, the man doesn't post like Nagayan, so when he does, to me, even if the pic doesn't look like it's anything of real importance to note, whatever he is posting about is maybe, kind of... important, to him... Maybe?

Or maybe he's just bored. Hmmmmmmm...

Yes yes yes 100 times yes :D It's one of the themes I think we've done over and over in fics, where Tuti just can't handle Nagayan spreading himself so thin and not being his in all the respects Tuti would like him to be. And we've done it so often, I think, because it's just so...well, believable!

Granted, I feel like much accurate portrayal of Tuti has suffered because of his disinclination to share too much of his "real" self (of course, taking Nagayan's posts and event!Nagayan as his "real" self is a bit dangerous, too), so maybe we're reading it all wrong, but...having seen little things over the years like we have, I have no trouble viewing him as someone who has a short temper when it comes to sharing something he feels like he should have as much as he wants of--and a relationship is one of those things. They're such polar opposites in that respect that it amazes me they've been friends this long, let alone anything more!

I'm hoping over the years he's gotten to where it happens less and less--though I can't see him ever not being a little pissy at stuff like this altogether ;D
