Here, have some fic I should be saving to post with the whole drabble set but am tired and want to wake up to fangirly comments so I'm posting :D It's supposed to be a follow-up little series on my Tuti-and-Nagayan-move-in-together fic from a while back~
Sunrise
"Dammit we need to get some curtains," Tuti groaned as he wandered back into the bedroom, tracking behind steamy ephemeral footprints from the shower he'd just stepped out of. A towel wrapped around his lower half, sitting loose at his hip, he gave his head a small shake, showering Takashi with droplets from his post settled against the wall, highlighter and script in hand.
Takashi yelped, wincing and blocking the onslaught. "Watch it--this is my only copy."
Tuti whipped off the towel and tossed it over, slapping Takashi in the face with it before turning to present his backside for inspection, pawing through a suitcase he hadn't unpacked yet in search of a clean pair of boxers. "You might find waking up to the sun in your eyes romantic or some crap like that, but I cherish my days off, Takashi, and if you want to wake up at 4 AM or whatever, you can sleep on that sad excuse for a balcony."
Takashi glanced up just in time to catch a scrap of unpretentious cloth and elastic slip over Tuti's rear to provide some semblance of decency, and frowned, turning back to the script. "You only wanted the bigger veranda because you spend so much time out there smoking..."
"This is all just some elaborate plot to make me quit, I know it." He gave a little jump, yanking his jeans up, and turned to face Takashi as he fiddled with the buttons. "It's not going to work, just so you know."
"We'll get curtains tomorrow."
Tuti glanced up, frowning. "Why not today?" He gestured to the script. "We haven't even had the meet-and-greet yet, I can't believe you're already knuckling down with that thing."
"Just trying to figure out how much time we get on stage together."
Tuti shuffled over, dropping to his knees at the edge of the futon and crawling over to place himself in Takashi's immediate field of vision. "We get a fight scene, yanno."
Takashi glanced up, realizing his efforts to ignore his boyfriend were being seriously undermined at the moment. "Mmm, I did not know that."
Propping himself up on Takashi's knees, Tuti nodded knowingly. "Swords, fists, punches and kicks...it could get pretty physical."
"I'm pretty sure Daiki-chan has faith that we'll be able to curb our otherwise uncontrollable attraction to one another for a whole scene."
"So you admit you're uncontrollably attracted to me."
Takashi tossed the script to the side, "I admit that Daiki-chan thinks I am." He pushed himself away from the wall, leaning up onto his knees and sending Tuti bouncing backwards onto his own. He poked the man in the chest for good measure, garnering an offended, 'Ow...' "But otherwise...nah. I can control myself."
Tuti rubbed at the offended spot, but quickly dropped the act, lifting his eyebrows in challenge. "Really?"
A nod, and Takashi draped his arms across Tuti's shoulders, shrugging ambivalently. "Of course, I will require...some pretty regular steam-releasing sessions in order to keep up my cool-as-a-cucumber appearances, you realize."
"Oh, oh absolutely."
"Good." He smiled, clapping Tuti on the shoulder. "So you'll call Gaku and make up some excuse for my not going out with him tonight to hang out with him and Iwashita-kun so I can get a massage from the fitness center in Takashimaya?"
"...Hah?"
Takashi rocked back onto the balls of his feet, pushing himself up. "Just the once--I've been avoiding him for two weeks because of moving, and I barely managed to get the parlor to squeeze me in tonight. You know I cave around him--"
"You cave around everyone!" Tuti spluttered incredulously, waving his arms. "I'm not voluntarily calling him--"
"You said you'd support me--"
"Ooohhh no, mister. There are some things that we do not ask of each other: this would be one of them."
Takashi rolled his eyes, frowning. "Just do it, please?" He lifted his brows, voice getting softer in a way he knew worked wonders on anyone arguing with him.
"...God dammit, Takashi..." He pushed himself up, wincing, and wandered over towards the nightstand where his phone sat charging. "I better get some compensation for this."
Takashi trailed after him, beaming in victory. "Three words: Kobe room assignments." Tuti stopped in his tracks, paused only a moment, then shot his hand out to pick up the phone.
