東京初日おめでとー!!

So tonight was opening night for Maharaja Mode in Tokyo! I've a few thoughts jotted down here, so click the cut to check them out~!
--Tamacchi in the lobby again 8D *insert "Hey howya doin'?" nod here XD* I don't seek him out, honestly. He just happened to be standing by the door, and we made eye contact, and it's like...well, he recognizes the crazy foreign chick who comes to all of his client's shows 8D;;;;
--HELLO RANDOM FOREIGN BUSINESSMAN CHECKING IN AT THE KANKEISHA DESK. AND SITTING IN THE KANKEISHA ROW (with 2 Japanese associates apparently) :OOOOOO I have no clue who he was--if he was a friend/associate of Thane's, or if he was there for some other random reason, but he was dressed pretty nicely, and looked reasonably young (40s at most) and sat in the row reserved for reporters from the big magazines like LAS and Cast Prix and whatnot o_O Iiiiiinteresting~!
--This time I made extra sure to pay close attention to describing Nagayan's and Tuti's outfits for Pasupata and Nataraja, since
eiko_c was bugging me for more details 8D In this endeavor, I realized how fricking intricate Nagayan's is from the neck up--first off, he's got the tight collar/necklace thing you see him in here, and wears a wig under a blue and white-striped turban-ish thing. The wig is shoulder-length, dark hair--pretty much EXACTLY the type of hair he had before he got it cut XD but it's parted at the center, so he winds up pretty much having Legolas hair--braids and a bit of hair falling just in front of his ears, and the rest behind, with shiny strands of glittery blue thread wound through it, it's really nice *___* And then, since it's India, in the center of his forehead he has this pretty blue jewel (his ensemble is mostly blue, thus all the blue highlights), guh. This is better than a Jasmine outfit IMHO :P
--...............Uh, yeah, Nagayan DEFINITELY yells out "fuck!" and "fuck me!" at random intervals throughout the play. In the first instance, it's to Tuti's face 8D (Pasupata is trying to imagine how cute a random guard is, because Shiva and Nataraja are complaining that the guy is 'Too cute!', and when he can't really imagine it himself, he kind of laughs at himself and shouts, "Fuck me!" XDDDDDD)
--So. Much. WAIFU. Action XD GOD but can Nagayan and Daiki really ham up the interaction 8D Booty bumps and secret chats and sdifuhsdlifsds adorable @_@
--I've finally come to accept that I will never know what the hell is going on during the ass massaging scene on stage, because I never look at any other part of the stage during that bit except to focus on Nagayan massaging Tuti's ass (...or Pasupata massaging Nataraja's? 8D). I'll just have to wait for the DVD, I suppose, and enjoy the ass massaging while I can--because I somehow doubt it'll make its way on to the DVD >_>
--In Nataraja/Pasupata news, I noticed something new! This didn't mean too much to me TxN-wise, cause it was scripted, but that means it can mean a tooooon NxP-wise :D
At the climax of the play, the evil king Niganda's spirit is hopping bodies: it jumps from Vishnu, then possesses Shiva for a while, then crosses into Pasupata. Everyone assumes that, since Pasupata is blind, he'll be easy to contain, but then of course the big reveal: Pasupata isn't blind, dun dun DUN! This is where Nataraja learns the truth, and meanwhile Niganda/Pasupata is trying to figure out what to do, as he's running out of time. Before he attacks anyone, though, he locks eyes with Nataraja as Shiva explains the truth about Pasupata's blindness and why he kept it a secret. You can kind of see Nataraja's face become this mix of confusion and hurt and all, and then without warning Pasupata lunges for him and attacks him.
Now, keep in mind that--up to this point--Nataraja hasn't done shit in the battle. He was really conflicted after his fight with Pasupata, so while he was THERE, he hadn't been fighting at all, staying far off to the side while his friends fought. He was DEFINITELY not one of the people that Niganda was supposed to have any sort of grudge against...and yet Niganda, in Pasupata's body, goes STRAIGHT for Nataraja. WHY?! Why bypass other threats like Shiva or Adis and go for a random bystander who means nothing to the battle...? Methinks some little something clicked inside Pasupata's mind during the whole exchange revealing his past and his connection with Nataraja, which spurred Niganda into wanting to hurt someone close to Pasupata--maybe to keep Pasupata under control, he decided to do a little power play, like, "If you don't behave, you're going to lose someone special to you~ >)"???? THE POSSIBILITIES, GUYS.
Also, just thought I'd point out: tomorrow is opening day for T2's Hard to Hold 8D If they were going to come see a *pnish* show, it had to be tonight!! Unfortunately I didn't spot anyone, but who knows...! XD
I leave you all now with this amazing thing I found stuffed in the flyer packet:

It's a 2-page fold-out, too! Proper scans later :D (the other side has all of the people not pictured on the front) major LULZ @ the pink and yellow right beside Nagayan and the red and blue surrounding Eiji :DDDDDD
