ROCK'N JAM MUSICAL WAS SO MUCH FUN. Why the heck isn't this thing out on DVD? Oh, probably because it'd wind up costing, like, $500 after all the music royalties were all paid off (all the songs in it are covers of other songs).
Well, I'm hot and tired and hungry right now, so I won't post a full report yet (well, I say "full" when it'll mostly just be what I remember off the top of my head XD;) but highlights of this awesome show included:
--LOTS of Nagayan :D He was kind of the MC for the second half!
--Kime and Dai-chan as GAY LOVERS. Who are outed and encouraged by Nagayan XD They made an adorable couple, though, FWIW >___> *definitely ships their characters HARD after a mere 5 min on stage :P*
--.....................WATANABE DAISUKE AS, I SHIT YOU NOT, THE RUM TUM TUGGER. Yes, from Cats. Yes, he sang the song. YES, KIME AND NAGAYAN SANG MISTOFFELES' LINES (doing absolutely NOTHING to stop me from wanting to now see them all in some exceedingly hot 3some, wtf). YES......HIS OUTFIT WAS KICKASS. More details on THIS awesomeness later XD
--Tamura-san as HARD GAY (complete with tight black hotpants and fishnet stockings) LEADING THE ENTIRE CAST..............IN "Let's Do the Time Warp Again". IT WAS SO FUCKING AWESOME XDDDDDD
--Kimeru standing INCHES from me (like, so close, HIS SPARKLY ROBES TOUCHED ME *feels blessed*) on MULTIPLE occasions. Dai-chan did the same thing, but LET ME STRESS THIS WAS KIMERU. KIME-FUCKING-RU. I have never been this close to this man and sdifushldfisfsdf he is so sparkly amazing in person. ESPECIALLY WHEN THAT SPARKLINESS IS SO CLOSE YOU CAN SMELL IT.
--holy shit EVERY SINGLE PERSON could sing, like, amazingly well. Wow.
--One of the random backup dancers looked like mid-20s!Tuti, and the other looked like On4!Eiji (with the poofy hair). So much so that it literally made my stomach turn flips when they came out and started dancing, I spent a VERY LONG TIME assuring myself it wasn't them. This was not helped by Nagayan being overly friendly with LooksLikeTuti!dancer. It did, however, give me the thrill of a lifetime watching it 8D
Also: Kime's final outfit? Looks like something right out of my wildest TxN dreams and is going STRAIGHT into CurryFic. MWAH.
