It makes me wonder how long ago it happened -- Tuti's said before that his dad was "gone" from when he was young, but we never knew if "gone" meant he'd left them/divorced his mom, or had died. Given that Tuti has a younger sister, he can't have been TOO young when it happened...

I mean, I think he did mention a story about her mom dating someone when he was in elementary school or something at Sono Tettou DVD (you know, when they had to tell a story part on the scene) but I think we can't know for sure if he made that story up or not.

Gah, that is sad! To finally have confirmation, even though it was so long ago, it's still depressing to hear.

But, I have to say, it's sort of encouraging to know that our investigations and gut feelings about these sort of things came out right. For years we've suspected it based off only a few, small bits of evidence, yet it turns out we were absolutely right!

I like to think that it points to what else we could be right about, especially when we're sitting on so much MORE evidence for a lot of other things XD
