THE GREAT ANONYMOUS DRABBLE POST.......PART 3

You know the drill! I'm keeping it a little closer to home this time and not crossposting to comms, in the hopes the homier atmostphere will inspire more people to post. There's no limit on how many requests you can make, or how many requests you can make PER COMMENT even! Give us 10 things to choose from, give us 2 things, but remember to make it fun ^_~

Any pairing goes so long as it's *pnish* + Nagayan. Kinks are fine, any rating goes (but remember if you have a preference for a rating to say so, or your fluffy friendship ficlet you wanted may turn into porn XD)--LET's DRABBLING!

I'll keep this open until Samurai Mode's opening day (June 11th)--let's pass the time in as fun a way as possible ^_____^

Tuti/Nagayan; Nagayan's niece has a crush on Tuti ♥

Tuti swirled the red wine in his glass with a smile that was only partially alcohol induced, despite being his third cup of the evening. On the other end of the cell phone cradled against his ear his boyfriend was busy prattling away about the time he'd spent with his parents over the weekend, and the sound was sweet enough to bring that flutter of warmth to his chest he'd yet to grow tired of feeling around the other man.

"... and after we had lunch my brother and my sister-in-law and niece came over so we went to the park at the end of the block for a few hours. It was such a nice day, not too warm, and everyone had a good time sitting in the shade eating the ohagi my sister-in-law brought. I played with her most of the time, we went on the swings and the merry-go-round and-"

"With your sister-in-law?" Tuti interrupted with a chuckle.

Takashi laughed. "No, dummy! My niece of course. No one else likes to play kid games with her but I don't mind. We built a little dirt castle and I showed her how to climb this tree I used to always climb as a kid, and we found this little family of ducks by the creek so we watched them for awhile and named each of the ducklings and the parents."

Tuti couldn't help but let his smile soften. "Sounds like you guys had a lot of fun."

"We did. It was great. Though..." Takashi let out a short laugh. "It's the weirdest thing actually."

"Hmm?"

"My niece, she told me the funniest thing. You remember when she uh, well caught us in that compromising position a few months back?"

Tuti had to pause and concentrate past the fuzz of alcohol in his brain to recall what Takashi was talking about. "We weren't... you don't mean doing that?"

Takashi snorted. "Of course not, where is your brain at? I meant that time in the hallway when you were kissing me goodbye after bringing me the bag I'd forgotten."

"Ohh right. So?"

"Well you remember she asked why you were kissing me, and said that only mommy and daddy's do that, so I told her that we were getting married someday? Well she seems to have come up with her own solution to the issue."

"Oh?" Tuti squirmed a little in his chair, intrigued by the turn on conversation. "Is she giving us her consent to elope?"

"Hardly. She told me that she's decided to marry you instead."

Tuti nearly choked on the sip of wine he'd been lifting to his lips. "She what??"

There was laughter in Takashi's voice as he spoke. "She said that to get married you have to marry a girl, so she'll marry you instead. Honestly I think she's got a bit of a crush on you."

"So that does make you her rival in love?"

"Only if she actually stood a chance, which I'm pretty sure she doesn't."

"I dunno..." Tuti mused with a grin. "She's awfully cute, and she likes my cooking..."

"Oh I am not hearing this," Takashi moaned. "No. No. I don't want to hear you trying to pick up my niece."

Tuti laughed. "Don't worry, if we're basing this on looks, you look much cuter in a kimono than she does."

"My faith in you is fully restored," Takashi replied dryly. "Now are you coming over here or have you already drunk too much to get yourself safely on board a train?"

"Sorry!" Tuti said with a stretch and an unapologetic smile. "Looks like you're coming here tonight. Oh, and Takashi? Bring the kimono with you."

The shop was quiet and blissfully empty when Kikuno walked in, eyes immediately drawn to the young woman sitting in one of the chairs on the left side of the room, flipping through a fashion magazine. "Reading on the job, Mariko-san?" she teased with a smile.

Mariko startled and jumped out of her chair, quickly tossing the magazine onto the counter. "Moriyama-san! I didn't hear you come in."

Kikuno laughed softly and shook her head. "What is it with you Tsuchiyas? I told you you can call me by my first name."

"Ah, sorry, Kikuno-san!" she amended, "Come have a seat and I'll get to work on your hair." As she fastened the smock around Kikuno's neck, their eyes met in the mirror. "Speaking of family, how's your brother?"

"You don't hear enough about him from your brother? Eiji says the two of them have gotten pretty close." Her tone of voice was light and playful, hinting that she knew more than she was letting on.

Mariko paused in the midst of grabbing her scissors and instead waved a hand dismissively. "Well, you know Yuuichi. He's not afraid of going after what he wants. I heard that he actually kissed Moriyama-san!" She set to work then, unsure whether to add what was still on the tip of her tongue.

There was a stretch of silence between them before Kikuno finally spoke up. "According to Eiji, it happened at a party in front of other people! Not only that, but your brother was... under the influence, from what I hear."

"That Yuuichi," Mariko giggled, her smile impish. "He's a terrible drunk - not subtle at all!" After a moment, she added, "But it worked, didn't it?"

Once again, their eyes met in the mirror, both women smiling from ear to ear. "It might be fun," Kikuno teased, "having you for a sister-in-law."

Daiki & Tuti: Tuti sprains his ankle at rehearsal
From: (Anonymous)
"Oi--be careful! I'm an invalid here!"

Daiki rolled his eyes and contemplated kicking the chair out from underneath Tuti's propped-up leg. "You just sprained your ankle--stop being such a baby. It's your own fault anyways, idiot--I told you I was going to rework that part of the routine--"

"What--no! No--I can get it, it's a good move! It's fine! Gimme a day or two and I'll nail it perfect." He flopped back in the chair, waving over towards the catering table. "In the meantime, though--get me a bottled tea?"

"Daiki-cha~n!" Eiji called from the other end of the rehearsal hall, and Tuti leaned around Daiki's glowering form to see what the hubbub was--and was met with Eiji beckoning their leader back over to finish working on the rest of the dance routine.

"Your husband's calling," Tuti sniped, but giggled childishly when Daiki shoved his shoulder, hard. "Just get me my tea and I'll be fine."

Daiki didn't pick up the bait, though. "You need to take better care of yourself. You nearly sprained your wrist last week trying to win against Eiji in that handstand contest--"

"Hey, I DID win, thank you very much."

"--I'm serious, Tsuchiya!" His tone of voice and the frown on his face left no doubts as to the validity of this claim. "Don't...over-do it. It's not worth you getting hurt just because you think you need to prove yourself to anyone." He turned and stalked over towards the food cart, digging around in the ice chest in search of Tuti's requested tea.

Tuti stared at his ankle, wiggling his stiff toes and frowning at the dull pain he could still feel even under the ice-pack. He jerked in surprise when he felt another coolness being held up to his temple, and twisted around to see Daiki holding out a bottle. "Here," was the greeting. "Stop overestimating yourself."

"Overestimating myself?" he parroted, taking the proffered drink, "You must have me confused with you, Leader."

Tuti & Daiki friendship - may include them talking about Nagayan and Daiki and in some way (but not very directly) showing their support for each other's relationships

"So now that you're an old man--"

"I'm 27 years old, Tsuchiya."

"--now that you're an old, graying married man--"

"Now you're just being silly."

"--with wrinkles--oww!" Tuti frowned, patting his hair to be sure it hadn't been ruined too much, and felt a sort of smug satisfaction that Daiki seemed to have hurt himself a bit as well with the assault. "I dunno how Eiji puts up with all this abuse."

Daiki raised an eyebrow, "Probably because he doesn't do anything to merit such abuse." He swiped a finger into the frosting of the cake the waitress had brought to their room for them, and licked it off, giving it a cursory taste test. Feeling Tuti's eyes on him, he nodded approvingly, "I guess it'll do--you could've sprung for more strawberries, though."

"Ungrateful ass," Tuti laughed, grabbing one of the strawberries for himself and taking with it a big dollop of whipped cream as well. "I've taken you out for karaoke, bought you this lovely cake, and sang you 'Happy Birthday'--and yet you still complain."

"Stop eating my strawberries--and you're just doing this 'cause you feel guilty that you've been a jerk over the past few days because of your schedule--"

"My hectic, trying schedule--"

"--that you brought upon yourself because you can't say, 'No.'" Tuti ignored him, taking a draw on the beer he'd ordered earlier. "You're gonna push yourself into an early grave this way, you know--drinking the way you do, smoking like a train, and trying to fit every new production you hear a friend of a friend mention under your belt. Cut back a little, geez."

"Yes, Mother..." But he pushed the bottle away a little, and didn't pick up his cigarette immediately again either.

They sat in comfortable silence for a moment, not even bothering to cut the cake, before Daiki broke the tension. "So...are you coming to Kiss Me You?"

Tuti fidgeted, "Why Sano-san, we really don't know each other that well, and I understand it's your birthday and all, but to be so forward as to ask a kiss of a respectable young lady such as myse--OW, dammit. And geez, your fingers are all sticky--just, hit me on the shoulder or something next time." He pouted a little, rubbing his hair again and inspecting it for frosting residue, before buckling at last under Daiki's glare, "Of course I am."

"What about Ta--"

"Yeah yeah, he's coming too, he said. Looks like he's got something of his own going on then, but he said he'd try and make it. Dunno if we'll go together or not, might not be able to happen." Daiki said nothing, but Tuti didn't miss the way his eyebrows raised in a patronizing fashion. "What about you and Moriyama-san, hmm? Gonna be able to drag yourselves away from long walks by the beach and lazy mornings next to each other curled up by the kotatsu long enough to show me a little gratitude for footing the bill for this fabulous evening?"

Daiki looked away and hemmed, "I dunno..."

"Oooiii..."

"Of course we're coming, idiot--we always do." He reached forward and grabbed his own beer, staring at it. "We never made a toast."

"Hm...guess we didn't." Tuti drew his beer closer. "Should we now?" Daiki shrugged. "What should we toast to?"

"To...friends--"

"Who take you out on your birthday and pay for everything."

"To...family--"

"Do husbands count--OW, DAMMIT. Stop that."

"To...us."

Tuti's lips quirked up into a one-sided smile, but his face showed confusion, and he found himself unable to immediately shoot back a witty retort. "Us? Like you and me?"

"Sure." Daiki shrugged. "Sure, why not?" He held up his bottle, waiting for Tuti to clink his against it. "We're a pretty lucky couple of guys. We've got good jobs, good friends, good food--"

"--just too few strawberries." Tuti raised his bottle and clinked it against Daiki's. "Happy Birthday, Leader."

It takes Mizuki three phone calls (two under pretense of, "just checking in") to get Moriyama to agree, and even when the man finally gives in, Mizuki suspects deep down it is just to get him off his back.

"He'd want you there," he pressures, and if he has to guilt the guy into sitting up front to the right of the altar with them, he damn well will. "Tsuchiya-kun and Washio-kun understand--just do this." He throws in a few comments about how it's just going to be close friends and relatives anyways, it's not like anyone will notice, and eventually Moriyama consents to the invitation. Mizuki feels bad, later, but not right away. He's too busy feeling a million other emotions himself right now to care about offending the other man.

He makes Moriyama sit next to him, ignoring the man's fidgeting during the priest's recitation of the rites, and is surprised when he glances across the hall to Tsuchiya and Washio, finding them respectfully solemn. He wonders if Moriyama perhaps just doesn't wear suits that often.

The service drags on for what feels like hours but can't possibly have been more than thirty minutes, and they all make their way to the front. Mizuki does his duty, clapping and bowing and going through all the formalities, as does Motoki. Moriyama must wait his turn behind their great uncle, but Mizuki can tell he'd rather be walking up later with Tsuchiya or Washio. He can feel the hundred or so eyes across the hall wondering just how Moriyama is related to them, and silently tells them all to mind their own business.

He waits back at his seat for Moriyama to come sit next to him. 'He ought to have gone first,' Mizuki thinks bitterly, but Moriyama would never have said anything, and it probably would've been more trouble than anyone felt it was worth explaining it. Ten minutes later, the priests close the ceremony, and the guests file out. Tsuchiya and Washio wait outside, and Mizuki is grateful that they don't leave altogether.

Mizuki has to stay the evening with Motoki and one of their cousins, and thanks Moriyama for coming, that their whole family is thankful--to Tsuchiya and Washio as well. Moriyama makes some excuse that he'd like to stay, honest, but they've got business to settle back in Tokyo, and he's already causing trouble being away from rehearsals for his latest show, as he's sure Tsuchiya and Washio are, too.

Mizuki doesn't remind Moriyama he reads his blog too and knows he doesn't have any performances for another month.

The man is slipping his shoes back on, when Mizuki calls him back into the foyer for a moment, and at Tsuchiya's and Washio's concerned glances, Moriyama waves them on and says he'll meet them at the front gate. He asks Mizuki to make it quick; Shizuoka isn't far from Tokyo, but it is getting late--he's going to have to change his train ticket as it is.

"So...what're you going to do now?"

Mizuki knows this is hardly the time or place to ask this, but he doesn't want Moriyama to leave, not yet. He feels like, perhaps, if he can hold onto this link, if he can keep up with this man then maybe--

"Sano-san, it's...really, I don't know. I don't want to talk about it right now, I'm sorry."

"You were a good fukuleader, Moriyama."

"Thanks," the man agrees, and heads back to the genkan. Mizuki doesn't want to hear the next words, but he does. "I was."

TutixNagayan : Tuti sees Nagayan smooching another guy

part 1, because I can't drabble apparently

Date: 2008-06-02 01:09 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Takashi could feel his cellphone vibrating against his leg from inside the bag that hung at his hip, but with one hand supporting two bags of groceries and the other fumbling to fit his apartment key into the lock, he couldn't check the text message he'd just received until he got inside, and wound up actually forgetting about it once he set to work putting away the juice and vegetables in his small fridge.

He flopped onto his bed in an exhausted heap, reaching for the remote to his television and shoving his pack over to the side, when he remembered the message. Turning on the local news (and resolutely ignoring the weatherman's call for another day of heavy rain the next day as Japan entered the rainy season in full force), he dug his hand inside before his fingers fell on the familiar shape of his cellphone.

Flipping it open, he punched a few quick buttons--three texts and one missed call. The call had been from his manager, reminding him not to be late for the interview in Shinjuku the next morning, and to be careful of delays from the rain. One of the texts had been a spam email, and another from Kimeru, letting Takashi know he was organizing tickets to be set aside for his friends for the next Live, and if Takashi wanted to come to just let him know which day was good for him and Kimeru would take care of the rest as best he could. Takashi smiled at the thoughtful gesture, appreciating all over again how lucky he was to have such a friend as the singer in his life, and thought about replying immediately after glancing up at his calendar on the wall--but decided he'd read the last message first.

Sender, Tsuchiya Yuuichi. Subject, 'no subject.' This was hardly new--Tuti was such a bad texter, he hardly ever put any kind of greeting in his messages. Probably the guy just wanted to either text some goofy picture he'd taken of Eiji or Daiki during rehearsals and laugh about it with Takashi, or more likely he was already making excuses as to why he couldn't come to all the way over to the Shibuya Crossing Starbucks for lunch the next day but that there was a Coco's Curry right by the rehearsal hall and if Takashi wanted to meet him there then that was just fine.

Smiling at his own imagination, he opened the message--confused by the body of the email which only read, [Who?]. He frowned, and scrolled down to see the attached image, and felt the strength drain from his hand as his whole body froze, nearly dropping his cellphone as he stared at the grainy cellphone image (taken by Tuti? Someone else?).

He immediately punched buttons until he was back at the main menu, scrolling through his outgoing calls list til he hit upon Tuti's name. It took three rings, and Tuti's voice was quiet when he answered, "I'm on the train right now--give me two minutes and I'll call when I get off at the next stop."

Takashi hung up without replying, settling back into a pile of pillows at the head of his bed, phone in his lap as he waited the long few minutes for Tuti's call. His stomach felt funny, like there was a heavy weight pulling on it, making him feel almost sick. This wasn't good, not at all--not that this kind of situation was ever good, but...Takashi was pretty sure this was not the way he'd have liked this to come out.

It'd been Fukuoka, far from Tokyo, he'd been drunk, it hadn't been serious, and really, he'd just missed Tuti and--

"Hello?"

"So...you called?"

"I...yeah. Umm."

"...You got my message?"

"Yeah--I--" He paused, clearing his throat, and turned the TV off even though he'd already muted it.

"...Are you going to say anything, or should I stop wasting my minutes and just fill in the blanks myself?"

Tuti and Nagayan have a big fight and Eiji and Daiki try to make them talk with each other again

Part 1...

Date: 2008-06-04 07:59 am (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
"Communication," was what they told everyone they were fighting about. The vague reasoning only served to further intensify the curiousities of those around them, whether they knew the pair were romantically involved or not. When two such close friends as Tsuchiya Yuuichi and Nagayama Takashi suddenly stopped not only speaking but resorted to avoiding each other altogether, it raised eyebrows.

Moriyama Eiji and Sano Daiki, though, knew that, "communication," could mean anything from, "I hate how he sings in the shower," to, "Phone sex, and the lack thereof." The volatile pair had had a few spectacular blowups in the past, usually with a serious underlying issue that--once addressed--let them find their way back together pretty easily.

But it had been nearly three weeks since the last time Eiji knew they'd spoken, and Tsuchiya's rehearsal hall attitude and sub-par performance were starting to grate on Daiki's nerves to the point that if something didn't get done soon to right this wrong soon, there was going to be a distinct lack of communication in the Sano-Moriyama household as well. Also, Tsuchiya perhaps would be killed. Eiji was not looking forward to Japan's lack of conjugal visits to its prisons, and so decided to nip the problem in the bud before Daiki resorted to physical assault.

Except that Daiki preempted him. "Tsuchiya and I are going to an izakaya tonight. Just the two of us," Eiji found himself informed during their lunch break, "You should call up Takashi and...I dunno. Do something. Work some magic."

"Eh? But--Daiki-chan, I dunno if you noticed this, but usually I'm the one who talks to Tsuchiya when he gets himself into these kinds of situations--"

"Yeah and you're crap at it." Daiki took a savage bite from his conbini-bought sandwich, and Eiji looked a bit abashed--clearly today was not ideal for rousing Daiki's wrath or calling attention to obvious patterns. "You'll just get him drunk and weepy until he cries on your shoulder what the hell's going on, and then you'll ruffle his hair or some crap and send him crawling back to Takashi."

Aware that he was quite possibly digging his own grave, Eiji replied, "Was...that not the idea? To get them back together?"

"Tsuchiya needs a kick in the pants, not a pat on the back."

"And you're the guy to do that."

"Damn straight."

Takashi wanted to laugh at the invitation--actually, he did snort a bit, but covered it with a cough. "You're...seriously inviting me out...for a drink, Eiji-san?"

"Yeah? You're not busy or something, are you? It's just we never hang out anymore, and I thought--"

"No--I'm not...I'm not busy or anything but...Eiji-san, you do know who you called, right?"

"...Nagayama...Takashi, right?"

"...Eiji-san. What's my favorite kind of alcohol?"

"Eh? How the hell am I supposed to know that, you hardly ever--Oohhh...."

"Yeah."

"...So, coffee? You like that space place, right?"

"...Space...place..."

"With the stars and all."

Eiji could hear the laughter echoing all the way down the hallway as soon as he stepped out of the washroom. It was very loud and very unmistakably Tsuchiya's, but he could've sworn he heard Wasshi's voice in there as well. Those slackers were probably goofing off again and likely causing Daiki a great deal of stress.

Daiki's voice suddenly cut through his reverie. "Is this your idea of a joke, Tsuchiya?"

Ah, it seemed Eiji wasn't very far off. Taking a deep breath to steel himself against whatever wrath he would soon be faced with, he opened the door and stepped into their small office. Already, his ears were assaulted by more laughter from Tsuchiya.

"No no," he sputtered between gasping breaths, trying to rein in his laughter, "I swear it wasn't me this time!"

Eiji looked over at Daiki, trying to figure out what all the fuss was about. And there at the head of the table stood pnish's leader, small box in one hand... and a pair of red, furry handcuffs dangling from his other.

"Daiki-chan," Eiji began, brows knit in confusion, "what in the hell...?"

Wasshi helpfully filled him in, he too, trying his hardest not to laugh. "It was sent to him by a fan."

As if debating the truthfulness of this story, Eiji grabbed the box from Daiki's hand and peered inside it. "Oh, there's a note!" Just as soon as he had pulled it out, it was snatched from him by Tsuchiya.

"Dear Daiki-san," he read, "Please use these when you need to remind Eiji-san who's the Leader in bed." At that, he erupted into laughter again, curling in on himself and holding his stomach. "That's priceless!"

"That's not what it says!" Eiji insisted, grabbing the note back and reading it for himself, only to find that Tsuchiya had been telling the truth. "Well I'll be damned..."

Daiki, for his part was looking absolutely mortified, cheeks nearly the same color as the offending cuffs, which quickly found their way back into the box. "Fangirls are scary."

And yet - much to Eiji's dismay - that little box still managed to find its way home with him that evening.

It was something stupid, that much they had mutually acknowledged. It would take them another day or so-- and Tuti assumed all of this just based on prior experience-- to really, really make up.

It wasn't raining.

That would have made the scene all the better, some really dreary rain, both of them without umbrellas.

It was hot, steamy, sultry, other adjectives Tuti couldn't find-- about two in the afternoon. (No, thought Tuti later, Precisely 2:02 PM.) The humidity was nearing one-hundred percent and there were no clouds, the only shadows on the busy crosswalk were those of people (not important), animals (less important), vehicles (more important than animals for the danger factor) and buildings (considerably less important than all of them).

And then there was the shadow of Nagayama Takashi, nipping at the heels of its master. He was walking and texting someone with his nimble fingers, wearing some light-colored tanktop, the hole-studded striped pants that had seen a photoshoot or two, with one of his Blossam shirts tied around his waist. The newest colaboration bag-- with the flowered side out! Flowered side out!-- was slung over a shoulder. He glistened in the 2:02 PM sunlight.

Tuti watched Takshi cross to the opposite sidewalk and duck into a Starbucks. A fresh throng of people emerged from the crosswalk and Takashi's form was lost. Tuti stared up into the sun and groaned.

In his pocket, his cellphone gave off a few up-beat notes, signalling a text.

He flipped it open:

>>>From: Takashi
>>>To: Tuti

>>>Wanna meet up?

Tuti smiled. Now all it took was "casually" running into him in Starbucks.

"I'm not jealous--I'm just--well--you're my boyfriend!" It was really hard for Tuti to whine effectively when he had a good few kilos of costar sitting perched atop his naked body. It was difficult to do much of anything when faced with a distraction like that, actually.

"I didn't say I didn't like that you're getting a little jealous--I think it's kinda hot actually, you should be possessive more often..."

"How exactly can I pull off possessive in public when we're not even technically together?"

"Mmm," Takashi gave the semblance of thinking, drawing himself upright and dragging his hands down Tuti's chest as he went, eventually settling back onto the top of Tuti's thighs, practically in the man's lap, "You could always bump up the Gaku hate a notch--made me kinda hot when you shoved him into that wall the other day."

Tuti laughed, trying to distract himself from what any normal man would devote his full attention to--and it wasn't that Tuti wasn't in the mood, he just kind of wanted to go ahead and finish this discussion. Apparently "discussing things" was another of Takashi's turn-ons, though, and Tuti was quickly finding out that he really should start making a list of these things. "Just--can't you do something to throw her of your scent?"

"My scent? She's your sister, not a bloodhound."

"Just--tell her you're seeing someone! You are technically, anyways."

"Or you--" he poked Tuti in the nose, and then delivered a dekopin to follow up, enjoying the way Tuti flinched under him, "--could just tell her the truth. She's, what, 24? 25? I think you can tell her you're gay and she's not gonna flip out."

"I just really don't wanna have to deal with all that shit right now, Takashi--give me a break here."

Takashi rolled off of him with a long-suffering sigh, realizing he wasn't going to get a rise--in either sense of the word--out of Tuti tonight. "What makes you think there will be any shit to deal with? My parents were more or less fine with it--you know they think of you like their own son!"

"Well you're a second child, and your brother's married and has a kid already anyways!" He shifted his body til he was sitting mostly upright, pillow in his lap. "I'm the only guy in the family now, and just...I know my mom wants grandkids."

"So let your sister have them!"

"But I'm the guy, Takashi, I'm the one with the name that'll get passed down. I'm the one the Tsuchiya line will end with."

"Oh get over yourself," Takashi sighed, "This isn't the Meiji era you know--who the hell cares what your name is or who passes it down, or if it gets passed down at all?" Tuti ran a hand through his hair, looking away, obviously not convinced. "You're bluffing, Tuti, and you're bad at it--"

"Is that your roundabout way of drunkenly telling me my acting sucks?"

"Well you know, someone had to tell you..." He ducked, laughing brightly as a pillow bounced off his head, then reached forward quickly to grasp Tuti's outstretched hand in his own, threading their fingers together and giving it a squeeze. "Your sister is not seducing me--"

"I never said she was succeeding, I said she was trying--"

"--And while it is so very, very adorable of you to feel like you need to stake your claim on me, telling me to break your little sister's heart is not the way to go about it."

"She'll get over it!"

"Tsuchiya Yuuichi--if you don't take care of this on your own, then I will go on a date with her, and I will sweep her off her feet." Tuti flinched under the threat. "And I may like it so much I go on a second date. And then before you know it we'll be commissioning you to organize the flower arrangements for our wedding reception, and you don't want that, do you?"

"No..."

"Good, now go to sleep."

"...Takashi?"

"Hmm?"

"...Can we still have sex?"

"Good night, Tuti."

Tuti/Nagayan & Eiji + Daiki and Besshi

Up until now he always thought that he had good friends. Well, he did have Daiki and he was friends with all of them, but it just wasn’t the same. When he was watching them that night it made him realize that there was no such group in the entire world and that there would probably never be. In the whole planet there were probably no guys luckier than *pnish* and it was not about the fame or the money. They just had each other and it was enough for all of them. At some point he even imagined how their breathing was synchronized. And Besshi had to admit that he was jealous. He was jealous of how good Nagayama Takashi seemed to fit in that group. He tried to, but he never managed to do it even with being Daiki’s best friend. Well, he might be his best friend, but these guys here – they were his life.

“Besshi? Why so quiet all evening?” Daiki asked as they were having dinner in a sushi restaurant in Osaka after the Saien. “We didn’t go through all that to come here and be quiet,” he laughed.

Besshi smiled a little when he remembered their great trip to Osaka. He had to admit it was so much fun, but he could clearly see how his friend would do anything just to come and watch Eiji perform even for a little while. He was really good with observing and really he must have been blind not to see how much Daiki cared about his fuku-leader. He saw his smile when the other man watched Eiji on the stage; he saw how his eyes had that little sparkle in them that he could only see in his friend eyes when he was looking at Eiji. And it was like he was seeing through him, like they didn’t need any words to understand each other.

“Soo Daiki-chan, did you like the Saien?” asked Eiji after a minute.

“Weeell, you know I loved it, but just that actor Moriyama Eiji…nah, he kinda sucked.”

Eiji tried his best to look dramatically offended, while the entire table burst out laughing at Daiki’s comment. After they finally managed to stop, Eiji punched him lightly on the arm. “Thanks buddy,” he winked and Daiki grinned at him. Here it is again, Besshi thought. The ultimate understanding. It was like Daiki had said so many words instead of one joke. But it was there in his eyes “You were great, you were the best actor out there, I loved it and I’d never regret going through all this just to see it.” But Besshi understood that much and Eiji seemed to understand it too.

“I’m glad you liked it Daiki-chan, I wish you were there too. It’s really hard to put up with all these dorks all the time alone,” Nagayan smiled.

“Ha, look who’s talking. And actually you don’t want to be at Daiki’s place, he has to put up with us, 24/7,” Tuti grinned as if he was really proud with that. Besshi couldn’t help but chuckle at that. He knew the best. Whenever they met Daiki wouldn’t talk about anything other than how Tuti and Eiji always made this and that and they were always getting on his nerves and etc. But while he was always complaining, Besshi could almost sense the love with that his friend was talking about that as if he wouldn’t change it for anything in the world.

“And actually, Takashi,” Tuti continued, “You know that you love us just exactly for that,” he remarked slyly.

But instead of denying anything, Nagayan just smiled softly and slipped his hand under the table, entwining his fingers with Tuti’s. Tuti just squeezed the warm hand and grinned in response. That was all it takes for them. Just one touch that speaks more than thousand words.

Even though he would never be able to fit in this group the way he wanted, Besshi couldn’t help but smile and it was a smile from deep down in his heart. Nothing could make him happier than seeing more love spread in the world, than seeing this four people being together.

Nagayan invites Tuti to their first date and Tuti is really nervous about it. Eiji and Daiki try to help him get through it.

"Wait so he just--asked you out? Like that?" Eiji queried, deftly snatching up a nearly-done slice of karubi from the grill right from under Daiki's own tongs, and was answered with an annoyed slap to the head from the same man, "Ow."

"Grill your own meat, pig," Daiki reprimanded, then turned back to Tuti. "So where are you going?"

"You guys--don't think this is strange in the least?" Tuti hedged, baffled at the unexpected support, and turned to Wasshi, hoping for him to provide some semblance of normality.

"Well you've only been going on about him nonstop since you two made up after that fight at the uchiage--" Wasshi started.

"--which you made a spectacular ass of yourself at, you'll recall," Eiji finished, throwing another slice of meat onto the grill in an effort to appease their Leader. "I'd have thought you'd be jumping up and down at this."

"Well--yeah, I guess I'm happy, but it's just...well don't you think it's a little weird?"

"....Weird how?" they all asked.

"Just...aren't I supposed to be the one asking him out? He's...you know...girlier and all..."

Eiji hung his head in defeat, clearly only kept from banging it on the table by the presence of a very hot yakiniku grill in the way. Wasshi just looked plain uncomfortable with the conversation in general, and Daiki slung an arm around Tuti's shoulder in what he probably thought was a comforting gesture. "Tsuchiya...you really need to get out more."

"And anyways what kind of guy invites another guy out on a--" Tuti paused, lowering his voice from the high-pitched shrill it had crescendoed into, "--on a date? I don't even know that I would...you know...like him...that way."

Eiji let out an impolite snort, covering his mouth in apology. "Tsuchiya--come on, you totally want to sleep with him."

"Lay him like tatami matting," Daiki added.

"Do the wild thing," Eiji continued.

"Board his pirate ship and get that booty!" Daiki crowed, and at this all other parties at table turned to give him a very strange look. "Sorry..."

Tuti turned again to Wasshi, hoping for some ray of hope from their quietest member, but all he got was, "Really, Tsuchiya--who are you kidding? You like the guy."

Throwing his hands in the air in desperation, Tuti finally admitted, "Fine--right, okay. I do. Like him, and yeah, maybe I wanna go out with him. Just--to see what it's like. It's no big deal."

"Right," Eiji agreed. "So where are you going?"

"I dunno--some play."

Eiji coughed, nearly choking on a piece of meat, and Daiki pushed Tuti on the shoulder to get his attention, "A play? That's it?!"

"Yeah--that's not a date!" Eiji complained, clearly disappointed at the lack of new gossip, "I mean geez, Daiki-chan and I go to plays all the time, and we're not dating."

Wasshi nodded, "I go with Daiki-chan or Eiji sometimes, too--that's not dating."

"Shut up, Wasshi," the pair snapped, and Wasshi looked almost hurt, but mostly confused, in that really Wasshi way of his. He decided he'd just have another beer, and pinged their waitress.

"I know that, geez. We'll probably have dinner or something first, or maybe...I dunno, what do you do on dates?!"

"Go to places the other person likes--like, if they're into fancy wine or something, maybe you'd go to a nice restaurant, or an upscale izakaya--" Daiki offered.

"--Or if they're more kinda down-to-earth and like something anime or movies, maybe you'd take them to the Ghibli museum," Eiji added.

"I like the Ghibli museum," Wasshi offered, looking around for their waitress.

"Shut up, Wasshi," came the response from all three this time.

"Geez Tsuchiya," Daiki complained, "If that's all you're doing I dunno what you're getting so high-strung about; doesn't sound like anything different from what you usually do. Are you telling me he's never invited you to see a play with him before? You've known each other a year and a half now!"

Tuti waved him off, "Of course it's not the first time he's asked if I want to go see a play with him--but usually it's with a group, and it's always a play with someone we know in it. This time it's more...date-ish."

Eiji & Daiki - talking about Moriyama-san-gou

From: (Anonymous)
"Mou, I can't believe you went and made that kind of an announcement on your blog!" Daiki whined, digging an elbow into the ribs of the man he was comfortably settled against, and was pleased to hear a pained groan in response. "Warn me when you're gonna say stupid stuff like that! Geez, I dunno why I put up with you..."

He snapped his cellphone shut, closing out of the browser he'd had open to view Eiji's blog, and twisted around to look up at the man, contorting himself into an impossible position.

"...What?" Daiki frowned, glaring. "Oh come on, people aren't seriously going to--"

"They will! You know they will! Now I'm gonna HAVE to call it that, and then there'll be all kinds of embarrassing blog entries..."

"Liiiike?"

"Like, 'Today I rode Moriyama-san all the way to rehearsals. I worked up quite a sweat, but it's so much fun!'"

"I see."

"Or, 'Moriyama-san was a little rusty today, so I had to work extra hard to get to where I needed to go.'"

"I'm pretty sure you're making that sound dirty on purpose."

"How about, 'Moriyama-san's not working out for me, so I threw him out,' then?"

"Come on, Daiki-chaaaan..."

He rolled himself over until he was sitting straddling Eiji's lap, arms draped over the broad shoulders. "Or, 'Moriyama-san's no fun to ride anymore, I think I'm gonna trade it in for a newer model.'" Daiki leaned forward til their foreheads were touching.

"Poor Moriyama-san-gou," Eiji murmured, smiling, "He's got a tough life ahead of him, being ridden around like that."

"Oh?"

"Mmmhmm. I dunno if he'll be able to handle you, Daiki-chan."

"I did buy him used, after all. He's already getting on up there in years."

"Well I wouldn't say he's that old."

"Nah," Daiki smiled, his lips hovering just over Eiji's, "That just makes him more reliable."

TutixNagayan: "Can you tell me where it was, to the day, where, when, how and why you fell in love? I can."

Nothing in the world was more peaceful than a couple lying together and looking at the stars. At least that’s what they thought as Nagayan was settled comfortably in Tuti’s lap in the middle of the night in their garden. They were thinking that nothing would ever be able to separate them now, that they’d never want for this moment to end. And even the silence felt so right, until Tuti broke it.

“Say, Takashi…” he started quietly.

“Mmm?”

“Can you tell me where it was, to the day, where, when, how and why you fell in love for the first time? Because I can.”

“You can?” Nagayan asked with a soft smile.

“Yeah, but I want to hear your answer first,” Tuti said ever so seriously.

“Ah…you asked too many questions at once though…let’s see, where do you ask, hmm? It was on this one stage. Yeah, I’ll remember that stage forever, so many memories there. But this one was—is the most important one. I was standing on one green thing looking at the audience, that’s where I fell in love for the first time. Where did you?”

“You know, there is this funny thing. I fell in love there too. On that stage at the exactly same spot,” Tuti answered now with that specific smile he used only for Nagayan.

“You asked me when, didn’t you? Because I’ve stood on this stage too many times, it could have been any of them. But it wasn’t, it was only this one time and I remember it better than anything else. It was back in 2004, on the last senshurakuu, the very very last performance. I can even remember the minute. Was it then for you too?” Nagayan turned to Tuti looking him with question and passion at the same time.

“Yeah, exactly the same day, the same performance, the same minute, even the same second…” Tuti said losing himself in these deep brown eyes.

Nagayan smiled, satisfied with the answer and turned to look back at the stars. “How is the hardest question though. This thing…you can’t usually explain how in happens…it just does. It was that one moment that I looked at the person next to me and I saw him for real for the first time. I saw the tears in his eyes, I saw his love for the thing he did…and I saw his love for me. That’s how it happened.”

“They say people’s eyes are the window to their soul and I guess they’re right. Because when I looked in the eyes of this person with whom I fell in love with, I finally understood. I understood that I can no longer be without him, that he’s meant to be the meaning of my life. And after four years, now I still love him the same way. So say, Takashi, why did you fall in love?”

“Why? Because it’s the most amazing feeling in the world. Because it makes my day brighter, because I can’t imagine my life without this love. And to be in love with that person….is worth it more than anything in the world. Can you now guess who that person is?” Nagayan asked with a playful smile.

Tuti smiled too and leaned closer his breath on Nagayan’s lips now. “I think I have a pretty good idea.” And he kissed him, but the kiss was like no one other before. It was comfortable, promising, loving, and caring all at the same time…it held a promise that no matter what this love won’t be lost, that they would always be together, protecting each other. And just then a star fell from the sky and bounded their promise as a wish forever.

I've got another one that I just came up with:

Daiki grabbed Tuti by the collar of his shirt and dragged the man, literally kicking and screaming, into the hallway outside of the dressing room.

"Ow ow what gives! What's wrong with you Daiki-chan!?"

Daiki shoved Tuti against the far wall and glared fiercely at the other man until he shut his mouth with a visible gulp.

"Daiki...san?"

"You," Daiki growled. "This was pretty low, even for you."

Tuti blinked and paled. "Uh... want to tell me what this is about? So I can apologize and keep you from strangling me?"

Daiki gave Tuti's bunched collar a brief shake. "Don't try to deny it. You wrote Wasshi's phone number all over the bathroom stalls didn't you?"

Tuti out a short, loud laugh. "Wait, this is about that? Of course I did! You said yourself that we should help set up Wasshi on some dates."

"I didn't mean for you to display his number like graffiti for the world to see! And why did you only do it in the men's bathroom!?"

Tuti only grinned cheekily. "It's worked out for the rest of us so far, right?"

"Moriyama..." Mizuki drummed his fingers along the paper cup absently, gathering his thoughts in the pauses that were lengthening steadily in their conversation, "...do you know why I asked if we could meet up?"

Eiji looked pensive for a moment, likely rifling through his memories of their past interactions to try and sort out what Mizuki could want from him, but settled for a confused shrug, "Sorry, Sano-san, I really don't--but it will be nice to get to catch up properly. You hardly come to any of our shows anymore; it's been months since we last caught sight of you in the rehearsal hall."

"Yeah, ah, sorry about that--I've been...busy." Eiji nodded, accepting that schedules were what they were. "Listen, Moriyama...about why I asked you to spare me some time tonight..." The other man looked up, taking a sip from his own drink while he waited. "I...I saw you two tonight."

"Come again?"

"You and--and Daiki-chan...I saw you two."

The curious smile faded into more confusion, then he let out a bemused laugh, "Uh, yeah? You came to our show--I gave you your tickets myself."

"No--Moriyama, I mean--" He stopped himself, taking a breath, and then gave a cautious glance around at the cafe's other patrons before leaning in close. "I saw you and Daiki-chan...you know..."

Eiji's eyes widened a tick as realization as to what was being implied dawned upon him, and he sat back in his chair, slumped a bit, and tapped at the side of his cup absently. After a moment of reflection, he looked back over to Mizuki, who by now had slumped back in his chair as well, head tilted back and eyes closed. "So you mean...?"

Mizuki didn't respond verbally, just let his head fall back to his chest, staring blankly ahead with a very unhappy expression. Eiji just nodded slowly in acceptance, then began gesticulating in what he probably thought was a manner meant to demonstrate his seriousness, "Daiki-chan--he wanted to tell you, he did! He just--he couldn't find the right time is all."

"He--what the--how long has this been going on?!"

"Erm, I--" Eiji hedged, quite sure that hadn't been the best explanation of their decision not to involve too many people in their business. "You should really talk that over with Daiki-chan, it's not my place to--"

"It sure the hell is your place to explain this to me!"

"Sano-san," Eiji tried to placate the man, "He's your brother, not me--he'd kill me for telling you stuff like that, since he obviously wasn't ready to let his family know about...well, anything, I guess." Mizuki rubbed his temples in frustration, and Eiji actually felt a twinge of sympathy for the guy--he was just looking out for his little brother, and probably feeling a little betrayed, like Daiki hadn't trusted him enough or something. "I can...talk to him, if you want?"

"No, actually Moriyama--you can talk to me. I've...got a few other questions now." Eiji moved to protest again, but Mizuki held up a hand, "I know--I won't...ask questions about Daiki-chan. Directly." When Eiji seemed to accept this, backing down, Mizuki steadied himself. "So...do you two...you know..."

"...Sano-san?"

"...Do it?" His brows were furrowed, as if he wasn't sure he knew what he was even asking, or if he really wanted to know the answer, and Eiji actually had to laugh at the sight, breaking the tension. "I'm asking you seriously, Moriyama! This is a big deal to me!"

"I know, I know--I'm sorry, Sano-san, it's just...really, you're older than me, and you're asking if we, 'do it'?"

"Excuse me for not wanting to phrase it in a more vulgar manner." He leaned in close, lowering his voice, "How about this--'Do you two fuck?'"

Tuti gets drunk and says stupid things about Eiji and Daiki's relationship, which also hurt Nagayan
From: (Anonymous)
"I can't believe he came all the way down here just for one show," Tuti complained, knocking back the rest of his beer and casting a glance around the table for a refill. Takashi did his level best to ignore the man's rambling, knowing the high from the uchiage was already starting to wear off as Tuti's blood-alcohol-content went up ever more, and instead busied himself with the conversations going on to his other side. "I heard he's already told Osamu-chan he's not coming back to the hotel tonight. Eiji did, I mean."

Takashi shrugged, hoping perhaps he could give short answers to shut the man up. "Daiki-chan just missed him, it's not that big a deal. They're big boys, they can take care of themselves."

"But god can you get any more obvious?" He spoke the last part a bit louder than was necessary for speaking to a friend sitting right next to him, turning to actually direct the comment more at Eiji who sat across the table and a few chairs down, not even paying attention to Tuti's complaining. "It took him something like ten hours to get here, dragging Becchin along the whole way--"

"Besshi's his best friend, Tuti. Just give it a rest, you're ruining the mood." Indeed, a few other cast members had turned to regard the pair strangely, but most were pretty used to the man's post-performance behavior by now.

"Don't tell me to leave anything alone--they're the one's who're--who're being--"

"Something wrong, Taka-chan?" Osamu-chan leaned forward to see around Takashi to the still-ranting Tuti, but Takashi waved him off.

"Nah, he's just a little buzzed is all, I think he needs to head back to the hotel--"

"Oi, Osamu-chan!" Now it was Tuti who leaned forward, resting an elbow on the table and nearly pushing a few plates off onto the floor making room for himself. "You need to get onto Moriyama-san! Tell him--tell him he can't just--leave the hotel and bunk with his wife--OOF." Takashi was pleased to hear a sharp release of air when he elbowed Tuti sharply in the ribs.

Osamu-chan looked decidedly embarrassed, but not offended so much, and tried to look away. "Tuti, it's really not a big deal to me--Eiji-san apologized, and...he's made his own arrangements, so..."

"'S just not fair, though, don't you think? Huh?" Osamu-chan turned away clearly not wanting to be a part of the conversation anymore. "If he gets to sneak out and fuck--"

"Tuti!" Takashi snapped, voice a low hiss and his grip tight on the man's arm as he strained to jerk some semblance of propriety into him, "Think about where you are." He jerked his head over at Eiji, who was far enough away that he likely hadn't heard anything Tuti had said, but was still eyeing them suspiciously, attention diverted from Daiki's excited gesticulating as he likely related their travel tale to the rest of the group sitting in rapt attention. "I think you've had enough to drink tonight."

The shards of glass crunched under the heel of Daiki's boot as he stepped across the room, skirting furniture and the largest sections of broken window pane. The light of a waning moon just a few days past being full cast what little illumination it could offer on the silent room. The temperature had dropped several degrees in the last few minutes, and Daiki could hear the hollow whistle of the wind as cold air wormed through the ragged, gaping holes where the glass on the floor had once sat in pristine wholeness.

The only other life form in the room stood in utter stillness, head bowed and shoulders lowered, long strands of hair hiding a pale face from the moonlight that sought to reveal it. Daiki finished his circuit of the room and came to stand at their side, noting the steadiness in the arms and back he'd been half-expecting not to see there. This close to him, he could smell the blood.

"I didn't know you were that good at this," Daiki said, his gaze on the crumpled form that, until a moment ago, had stood with its back facing the window.

The figure next to him lifted the gun at its side and turned his gloved hand to let it lean against his open palm. The black handle was dwarfed in size by the silencer that extended from the barrel, and this the man set to slowly unscrewing with methodical familiarity.

"There are a lot of things about me you don't know."

Daiki had to nod at that, and he waved a black gloved hand toward the large pool of blood that had spread around the body before them. "What are we going to do about him?"

The shorter man next to him shrugged indifferently. "Let the police find him. Someone will notice the smell in a few days."

"Or a worried friend could call in concern when he doesn't answer his phone?" Daiki offered hopefully.

The man laughed quietly. "Or a worried boyfriend? Ex-boyfriend," he amended with a chilling finality that even Daiki had to shiver slightly at. Takashi placed the silencer and gun in separate pockets on either side of his long coat and turned away from the bleeding corpse on the floor.

"You going to be okay?" Daiki couldn't help asking, feeling the chill of the air creep into the folds of his jacket.

Takashi tossed his hair back from his face with a shake of his head and smiled thinly at Daiki from over his shoulder. "I will be... after all, he won't cheat on me again, will he?"

Lets try my luck for this req...

Tuti/Nagayan or Eiji & Daiki (choose the pairing that suits more for this theme):
-- 'when you say nothing at all' or
-- 'the way you say "I Love You"'

Wasshi : asking other *pnish* members why he should have a role as girl.

Eiji & Daiki : 3/5 times (it's up to you actually) Mizuki almost caught them making out.

Tuti/Nagayan : 'pouts & kisses'

Sano Mizuki would not try and convince anyone that he hadn't seen it coming, far from it. He'd seen first hand, been direct witness to the instant affinity the two had had for one another from the moment they met, drawn into an unlikely friendship between two very different people--men--and joined together by their single, driving desire to make their mutual dream of a successful theatre troupe a reality.

He wouldn't deny that he also hadn't kind of expected his little brother--his littlest brother--to latch onto the charismatic Moriyama in more ways than one, nor would he deny he hadn't expected Daiki to, eventually, develop some kind of confused mixed feelings for the man. Admiration, dependency, or maybe just some outright lust--one or all of these things played a role in why the two had become virtually inseparable when placed in any sort of proximity to each other, like opposite poles of a magnet, clinging to one another by a force invisible.

So the first time he almost caught them making out, he didn't react the way he had out of shock so much as surprise, and that kind of gut reaction one goes through when they see their parents kissing in any way more passionate than a peck on the cheek. After all, he really hadn't expected to find anything more than, well, clothes in the dressing-room closet. He did take the well-placed chance to remark when he ran into them later after rehearsals, noting that he was pleased to see they'd, "come out of the closet," both literally and figuratively.

The second time he almost caught them making out, their fervent progress was only halted by his prudent, "Ahem," to announce his presence--but really, they should've counted themselves lucky; Mizuki was quite sure he wasn't the only one who'd eventually want to use the bathroom, and reminded them of this point. He probably should've felt a little annoyed when, after he finished his business, he heard the bathroom door lock behind him. He told the others in the rehearsal hall the toilets were backed up, and they should use the women's side.

The third time happened when Daiki finally brought Moriyama home to meet the in-laws--well, most of them at least. Motoki lived in Kyoto now, with his own family, and rarely made it back to Shizuoka, but Mizuki never missed an excuse to partake of his parents' hospitality, and took it upon himself to introduce the pair to the Sano parents. This wasn't really all that necessary--their mother had even been to Tokyo to see a few of *pnish*'s shows in the past, and was already on familiar enough terms with Moriyama, and their father was firmly under her thumb, so no objections were to be had on either part. After dinner, while he cleared the table, he peered through the living room outside, at the pair sitting on the patio in loose-fitting yukata, fingers entwined and legs dangling over the side of the porch while their meal settled.

Moriyama had whispered something which must have been funny, because Daiki snorted and laughed roughly, bumping his shoulder against the man next to him, and turning his head in profile to lock their gazes. When he saw Moriyama dip his head and lean in close, Mizuki realized what was coming and discreetly looked away, busying himself again with the post-dinner cleanup.

The fourth time it happened, Mizuki was starting to suspect the two weren't even trying to keep it under wraps anymore, not seriously. Because there's getting really smashed and going around locking lips with anything that moves (hell, Mizuki himself had been caught in that awkward situation a few times before), and then there was knocking back a few shots of vodka, claiming you were, "SOOOO DRUNK HAHAHAHAHA," and then trying to give a very-much-not-unconscious fellow member (or at least that had been their cover) mouth-to-mouth.

It probably should've been a sign that Tsuchiya had only rolled his eyes, Washio had looked away politely, and the rest of the cast hadn't even batted much of an eyelash. Mizuki wondered if he'd missed the meeting where they were all told to ignore this display.
