just cause I realized that, if you hadn't recognized Eiji at first (so different from Renji, isn't he?), it's because you didn't know about *pnish*, sorry. *pnish* began as a theatre group a while ago, and both Moriyama-san, and Tsuchiya-san (Ichimaru Gin) are members of this group. They work on stage (plays, dancing), radio, and TV (recently finished their NaiPani).
^^ it was difficult for me to recognize some ppl on backstages at first xDD oh, it is said "panishu", I said "panish" at first, and got used to it, but its really PANISHU in japanese
oh, now I come to think of it, I don't really know. Pnish can also be written in kanji, but is something they arrenged later on, so... I always thought pani was for panic, cause they used to call their stuff panic something (panic stage, panic star, panic room). And shu, I though it was an ending just like engliSH or spaniSH... but they I heard it was for alcohol because they like it. But when I saw the kanji (羽弐主) the shu one means "lord", soo I don't have any real theory, only hypothesis
According to the official site (http://www.pnish.jp/), it's pronounced similar to the English word "punish" though it has no connection other than that.
Daiki is the leader of the group (he started it, and so everyone calls him Leader), and Eiji is his 2nd in command, the so-called "fuku-Leader." They're very very close, and act...really really gay together XD You can see in my MoriDaiki tag (http://fencer-x.livejournal.com/tag/moridaiki).
OMG, they do seem kinda gay, but people do like to joke like that alot!! haha, i think maybe they are close like brothers.....and it could be like the ukitake kyoraku thing or ayame and shigure thing where they act gay on purpose...who knows but it sure is funny!!
