Fencing is that sport you probably associate with the Renaissance and noblemen and royalty and such :D Swords and all that jazz! I was a member of the Caddo Magnet High School Fencing Team (one of two high school fencing teams in the state...and the better one XD) for 4 years in high school, and on the Texas A&M University one for two in college before I ran out of time XD It was SUPER fun--no one ever really gets too badly injured beyond bruises (but BOY do you get some bruises), and it's really a great workout for your whole body. I was an epeeist :D (Epee--the whole body is target are, basically if you can hit it, you get a point, be it toe, wrist, or right between the eyes!)

GAFF as I like to call it, is a fun set of forums dedicated to snarking on badfic. I kinda fell out of it when I found fanficrants, but there was some epic funny here XD

AKA what Japan hath wrought upon the world *____* Personally, I don't really like Johnnys. Some of the music's good, and I'll listen to it, but I don't see myself going to a concert of any of theirs any time soon XD Their fandom really REALLY scares me. For those of you in this fandom who are maintaining your sanity: KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT!

A while back I remember I wrote this treatise on Why I Love Kansai-ben. Hell, it's the whole reason I asked to be placed in Kansai XDDDD It's damn hard to understand half the time, but it can be SO PRETTY when spoken by someone with a nice deep voice...and blue hair...and glasses >_>

One of the two Ryoma pairings I really REALLY like, and probably the only one that I could actually see functioning XD I think I have this soft spot for characters/people who have GLARINGLY OBVIOUS crushes on others, and want to see them happy :D (see: Kevin Smith, Wolfram von Bielfeld, Sano Daiki, etc.)

I'm REALLY starting to pity this guy XD;;; He got reamed during the last NaiPani DVD and just...the poor guy XD;;; He's so quiet the others just seem to walk all over him, but he has genuinely cool stuff to talk about sometimes too (like at Santies). His voice is amazing, his Lives are SO FUN, and he's just the sweetest guy ever. Wasshi needs more love ♥

I dunno, I just never could get into MomoRyo or TezuRyo or FujiRyo or ANY Ryoma pairing at all until Kevin came along. I guess because I really like Kevin as a character and not so much the others, and the way he interacts with Ryoma in the series just made me uber wibbly inside.

I always wanted to learn how to fence, but my school never had a club (my high school sucked when it came to any kind of sport that wasn't baseball, football and hockey, really) and lessons were really, really expensive.
But I once knew a lot about it ^..^;;;
