How do you explain to an 11-year-old Japanese girl that she should choose a different object from, "balls," when filling in the sentence, "Does he have _______?"

She seriously wouldn't stop asking me what was wrong with it, and I finally said, "Ask me again when you're older" XDDDD

Also, I've just won a 3rd row seat (well, maybe...it says between 3 and 6 XD) for the December 8th On6, daiki_dansu >) THERE'S NO WAY I'M LETTING YOU SEE THIS BEFORE ME!

Haha! That's amusing. Well, "you've got balls" means something like "you have courage" too. But you could tell her it's an expression that's not very polite in English.
