How come none of the video I upload to youtube ever is more than 15 seconds long before getting cut off? :/ Is it 'cause it's in .3g2 format?

That might be it...I think the best format to upload is AVI but it could also just be youtube being stupid...Some of my videos don't upload at full length either...I just try again till it works, but the format may be the problem. Is there a way to convert .3g2 to something else?
