For those of you not in the know, ages ago (read: a few years) I was really into D.N.Angel. Well, with Word back on my comp now, I'm finally finishing up a monster fic I had started on back in my heyday, and it made me all nostalgic for the show again.

So I hopped on Amazon Japan and ordered all 11 books of the series again XD Happy with myself, I then moved to Y!Japan to see if there were any on the auctions. Imagine my glee and NOT ANGER when I saw someone selling all 11 volumes for 300 yen XD

...Thankfully, Amazon is a forgiving site and let me cancel my order ♥ I bought the 300yen boxset XD

I KNOW! I'm reading all these old chat logs with friends talking about the 11th volume from THREE YEARS AGO. I can't believe she just abandoned it ;_; That woman has a history of it though :/

I like Lagoon Engine (what I read of it) but I liked DNAngel better >_> Bah.

i don't even know what the last chapter is! DDD: did it just at volume 11 or were there more chapters before she abandoned it?

NO! 11 ended with this cliffhanger with, like, Krad in Satoshi's body or something and that was IT. THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO. ARGH.

I only read the first volume (maybe some of the 2nd) of LE--mostly because I didn't really get it (was really confusing, all the termniology) but man could she make good storylines *____*

She had excellent plot ideas, but ABANDONS THEM! Geez, give us some closure please ;_;

DDDDDDDDDDDD: i actually don't remember anything from DN Angel, but i do remember it was not a good place to stop :x
at least it's not like X, which has been on hiatus for like... 3.5 years. and a bloody cliffhanger >:(((((( (i know you don't read X, but basically you're on a 3.5 year cliffhanger after gin appears behind hinamori in no clouds in the blue heavens. IT SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS)

ohh really? i got slightly confused at first, but i just continued through and it's quite easy to understand now :) the storylines are always great, IF SHE CONTINUES THEM :(

I like Lagoon Engine more than DN Angel, but yeah, SUGISAKI NEEDS TO FINISH THE STORIES SHE STARTS. Though I only ever read like 1-2 volumes of DN Angel. (That I can remember... maybe it was more actually....) =X

All her manga are great!
