I'm sure there are many of you who've read they Shonen Jump released today and are already aware of this, but at this year's summer performance, all 8 of us, the 3rd generation Seigaku cast, except for Kaidoh's actor, Tomo, and the Ichinen trio, will graduate from TeniMyu.

This was decided a little whole ago, so I already knew it, but actually reading it in Jump, holding it in my hands, seeing an article about my own graduation was really...sad.

There are a few things I've been thinking about recently since it was decided we'd be graduating.
『Was I able to portray an Oishi that wouldn't disgrace the actors of the past?』
『Did I leave any unfinished business in previous performances?』
『Was I able to let every audience member enjoy the performances?』

And yet...I still don't knw the answers to any of those questions.
Perhaps I never will.

But I received a lot of things from last summer's TeniMyu.
All the warm thoughts and messages from all of you who love TeniMyu,
The skills and importance of hard work I learned from all the staff members and directors,
And all of my friends.

So long as I live these will remain precious treasures to me.

I am so thankful to everyone who gave me these things, to every single person out there supporting TeniMyu.
Thank you so much.

On September 9th, we will take off our Seigaku uniforms.
And that makes me want to not leave behind any regrets all the more because of it.
We the 3rd generation of Seigaku...will be friends forever.

This summer, we'll show you the culmination of everything we've perfected, and then we'll graduate.

I just tried translating it myself and started crying, and now, seeing this....

TakiYuki. I hope he's okay. I knew this was going to be hard on him. And as always, I'm so glad he shares his feelings with us like this. I want to give him a hug so badly. :(

dammit. I wasn't massively surprised when I heard about them graduating, but after reading that... my plans of not crying when watching the DVD of them graduating have just been doomed. DOOMED!

Also, graduating the ichinen too?? I was just getting used to them!

I'm so upset that they're leaving, I think that this group was wonderful. Takki makes such a wonderful Oishi, despite not being sure of himself on that part. And I must guiltily say that my love the for 3rd Generation Golden Pair rivals that of the 1st Generation.
