Okay, I say it's Nagayan. Because the voice gets really loud as Nagayan walks right in front of the camera, then fades to a constant strength as he walks away. Then right after that you have the voice breaking into Tuti's song.

KY says I'm hearing things (which is in all actuality quite possible XDDDDD), but I say it sounds like Nagayan making his voice weird XD *nods*

No, that's totally Nagayan, singing Tuti's song. I think he was singing it in the first place, as he walked past the camera, and he just kept going. I think you're totally spot-on with that one. ^__^ Thanks a lot, now I'm going to be late for work for the fourth time this weeeeeek... XD It's totally worth it, though. Tuti's a total nut! It's great!
