fencer_xOk, obligatory post now so that I don't have two Takashi posts in a row cause that's just...no.
Umm, yeah, this week's been pretty stale, though I did go home last weekend for the Louisiana State Fair and spent most of my time telling people to get theirs and their cows' butts to the arena or I was gonna disqualify them ♥ A power, you smell great no matter how I get you. Also stepped in much manure--will refrain from telling Takashi that if at all possible.
Tuesday I had a meeting with an advisor to plan out classes for next semester. Without taking into account time-conflicts and me NOT wanting to wake up for an 8 AM class if I can help it, I'm looking to take: General Anatomy (my only science class!), Statistics, State and Local Govt. (Ugh, Texas, I'm not even a real resident here, I couldn't care less), and Introduction to Linguistics~! Will also try and get into Latin one more time, because as I've heard it, if I take it once more, I can minor in the language, so why not?
Wednesday I set up a meeting with the Honors office, since three of those classes I want to take Honors, so we'll have to see how that goes. Also need to call this guy in the Modren Languages dept and set up a meeting with HIM, because he's gonna give me more info on minors (and I need to see how many Japanese classes I need credit for to minor in THAT as well ♥).
Totally pwn3d the oral evaluation for Japanese yesterday, I'm such a whore. And a nerd--cause I spent my Nutrition class daydreaming up a convo that could have gone on with the prof where I wowed him with my skillz. Loser = me.
Maa, tomorrow's Friday, POCKY DAY PEOPLE, and also the Cultural Day celebration for the Japanese students here, I believe. Guess we'll see how tomorrow's convo deals with that~!
