SERIOUSLY. Just... ;___; Fuji's one of those I don't like to see lose, like Tezuka, and Atobe, and Nanjiroh (if he ever DOES get beaten). I didn't mind the TezuFuji match in the anime, because of how really well it was done, they did a great job with it, an dit really turned me on to TezuFuji (though the fandom elaves something to be desired for me XD)

XD;;; actually it's the fics that turned me off to the fandom XD I could never find any with plots I liked, and Tezuka in canon for me didn't LEND himself to easily being in a relationship with anyone. I like them for how they were portrayed in teh anime during their match--THAT TezuFuji is a TezuFuji I could grow to like (and, well, DO XD)

But most anything with the fandom for it, doesn't really interest me--doujinshi, fanfic, and let's not even start on the Myus XD;;;; It just never feels like the TezuFuji I came to love from the anime, and likely never will. I can't imagine any plot or anything I would like even, which meakes me a tough fan to crack ^_~

I love TezuFuji and all that, but I honestly haven't seen any good fics yet that aren't humor/crack. Even the ShiroAi fandom still needs a decent serious fic. (I'd volunteer, but I seriously have to go back to TxN. XDDDDDDD)

You do have a point. Fandom!TezuFuji hasn't come anywhere close to Anime!TezuFuji yet.

Well, I feel the sting of Fuji's loss--I'm a big Atobe fan... But I have to say I think that Fuji's loss isn't actually meaningless and is setting up the tension very well. It was well-established that Kuranosuke is a fantastic tennis player, one of the absolute best in the nation... It was a close match, and I think that's what matters.

That said, GET 'EM, SHITEN!

See, EXACTLY. I don't mind Fuji losing so much--I loved how the anime handled it, and it was what turned me on to TezuFuji in the first place--but it's that it seemed to serve NO PURPOSE, and we'd just been shown that Fuji was the superior player T___T It's JUST like what he did with GP versus SP >_>

Truthfully, I haven't been following it much either save for this current Fuji match since Hyoutei XD The team name even escapes me :D

Just, NGH--Fuji's a good player. A GOOD PLAYER. He's not cocky, he doesn't need to be. I wouldn't mind Ryoma losing, because he's a cocky bitch who needs to be taught that he's not a tennis god, but Fuji is FUJI, he's GOOD, and he could have beaten this guy. Yet Konomi felt someone needed to be a sacrificial lamb for Echizen, and so it's come to this >_> *stabbity*

I haven't been keeping up w/ the manga, so when my (male) friend (who is was completely unaware of the yaoi fandom) told me Fuji was losing, my surprised yell startled half the class. Then Fuji was winning! Then...
