I've only seen up to episode 3, but episode 2 had more fan service than I could have ever imagine. I made 2 of my friends watch it who couldn't believe it was really shown on Japanese TV. Otherwise the live action show is kind of horrible, but it definitely has fan service. The plot is pretty different from the anime and manga though.
