In fact, isaka did get usagi to send his first manuscripts to marukawa directly "send this to a company, no wait, my company immediately." and she reminded me that Usagi is apparently contracted to more than one publisher but marukawa is the main one, and i guess that kind of makes sense.
Yes, i suspected there was more to the scenes than what was shown in the anime, but unfortunately the fact that it was never made into manga meant that I couldnt (like what i did for ritsuXtakano) just go and check what juicy bits were left out HAHA. They really went all out with the censoring this time! The library scene was completely cut!
