On7 day 5!

Today was a filming day!! They generally film on days when there are two shows (so that if something goes wrong with one taping, they can use the other), and at least a few days into the run (so the actors can get over their jitters). I'm not sure which one they'll use for the DVD buuuuuut...I hope it's the evening one, cause I went and got to sit on the front row facing a camera 8D;
I actually half forgot that there were two shows today, and so when Daiki posted this pic, I was SO confused like, "...wtf when did he take that?!" and then realized durr, afternoon show :P
I was all alone at work today (boss's wife just had a baby last night, so he's home enjoying that, and everyone else is AWOL o_O) so I got to take it easy at my Aoyama workplace. I had planned to take a taxi from my work to Aoyama theater, so that I could stay a little later and still make it in plenty of time (by car, Aoyama theater's probably 5 min from my workplace there), but I changed my mind and decided I'd just take the bus back to Shibuya station and book it on foot from there--cheaper!
However, I forgot to factor in 2 things: I needed to pee (there'd probably be a line) and Eiji and Daiki would probably be cute and married when giving the pre-show talk. Since I got to Shibuya station around 6:40, I had 20 min til showtime, but only 15 min til the pre-show talk, after which I shouldn't leave the theater, so that meant I had 15 min to get from Shibuya station to the theater, up to the 3rd floor, pee, and then be in my seat. And the theater was not a really NEAR walk XD;;;
I somehow managed to make it, though! I was seated in F-5, which was the front row of F-block and sat me RIGHT across from a camera XD So if they use this evening's show, I may get a cameo 8D And if they don't then yay still, cause that means I'll get to see how the afternoon show went in the end, and when all is said and done I'll only have missed ONE show this entire run :DDDDDD (Paula's going to Tokyo senshuuraku, so I'll get a report from her, but no one I know's going to maeraku).
The show started much the same as usual of course...but during their introductory dances, I noticed Tuti do something REALLY different this time. Maybe I just didn't notice it before (I have NO CLUE how O_O) but...he did his introduction, and then during his dance that looked really robot-ish, he did...a series of very rapid hip thrusts >_____> Like, VERY VERY LEWD HIP THRUSTS. Like what Eiji does during his taiko intro, BUT FASTER. AND REPEATEDLY. So I got to watch Tuti fuck the air for a couple of seconds. Umm.
PLEASE GOD LET THEM PUT THAT ONE ON DVD XDDDDDD
Was very impressed that the guys didn't let nerves get to them for the show; rather, they were more on top of things and excitable than usual XD For example (I felt sooooo bad for the guy) Tuti will often smack his fellow members with a chocolate banana prop he has in the elementary school skit. He pops it pretty hard, but the blow is lessened by the guys 1) expecting it, and 2) flinching.
Daiki failed on both counts today, which is why in the middle of the skit Tuti slammed him in the face with the banana so hard he broke the prop XDDDDDDDDD You could see he felt soooo bad, and Daiki was kind of hiding the pain with laughing but goood the theater went crazy XD;;;; Daiki kept bringing it up later, "I don't wanna play with Yuuichi anymore. HE HITS ME." Eiji reprimanded him a bit going, "Now Daiki, since you KNOW Yuuichi's going to hit you, you're supposed to block it" XD
Probably the highlight of the adlibbing tonight was the irooni game -- it was Eiji's turn, and he kept bringing up items that no one had (a Hermes bag, a puma wallet), and finally they were all like, "LAST CHANCE" so he kinda smiled and went, "....The actor Suzuki Shougo-san!!"
...And all the guys ran over to poor Shougo who was sitting in the audience XD I'd seen him when I'd sat down and done my usual, "Heh that guy looks like Shougo-san." I NEED TO LEARN TO TRUST MY KANKEISHA-SPOTTING SKILLS DAMMIT. I think I just attributed it to the fact that I had already been thinking of Shougo (see: Tuti's most recent post).
Games during the Tuti/Daiki time were hide-and-go-seek (in which Daiki took another pic), zoo (I think Daiki was a sloth? XD; they never figured it out), fish (Tuti was a pike, Daiki was a tuna), train (another "Tsugi wa...Shibuyaaaaa~" and Tuti assumed they were on the Saikyo line) and...I think that was it.
The rest of the show was pretty uneventful until they got to the talk corner -- and since it was taping day, I knew they'd make it special XD And they did! Daiki threw out the general topic of "*pnish* memories" and they spent most of the time talking about acrobatic disasters (dropping people on their heads, etc 8D;;;), and then at the end for some reason...they decided to talk about Tuti's chronic lateness. Like how they were going to audition for a commercial, and Tuti decided to add some last minute choreography to the routine, so they agreed to meet 3 hours before the show and practice. And then Tuti not only showed up 2.5 hours late, he then got mad at the rest of them when they wouldn't hurry to the studio for the audition, only realizing AFTER that why they were all mad at him 8D
Even better, though, was the revelation as to what they started doing to punish him (haha I just typoed that pnish) for his chronic tardiness: make him pay for it. I didn't hear them say how late was "late" (like, within 10 min was okay, maybe?), but apparently it went like this (for a 1-month period):
Late once: no penalty
Late twice: 1000yen
Late 3 times: 1000yen
Late 4 times: 2000yen
Late 5 times: 3000yen etc etc.
Apparently there were months where he got up to 6-7000yen XD;;; GOD TUTI. JUST SET YOUR ALARM OR SOMETHING WTF XD;;;;
Here's hoping this either makes it on the DVD or that the afternoon show was better :D
