Today was a craaaaappy day XD I had fun --

Woke up early to head to Shibuya, as today was a BLOSSAM DAY! Two new items went on sale, and Tenchou was passing out tickets at 9, 10, and 11 for the items to go on sale when he opened at 12. Thanks to the horrible weather (a downpour) I got to the store at 9:02, JUST as the gate came down XD; I glanced inside real quick though and saw Tenchou going back up the stairs, so I called out to him and barely managed to get his attention 8D After securing a number (6 :D) I had some time to kill.

I needed a copy of the latest Kyou Kara Maou manga to send in a proof-of-purchase for a contest, so I thought I'd drop by the Shibuya animate. It made me remember why I HATE the comic sections of Animate XD;;;; I spent 20 min searching for the Asuka section, and wound up having to ask an employee who helpfully pointed it out. Then I spent ANOTHER 20 min trying to find the most recent volume (7; 1-6 were displayed on the shelf, but not 7). I worked up my courage to ask the same employee for help again, and after another bout of searching, she finally checked the computer and found out...they were out XD;;;

I asked if any of the other stores had it, and she said there MIGHT be some at the Akihabara branch. Wtf, MIGHT? XD;;; I thanked her and went to meet up with Paula, deciding we could go by Akihabara before meeting Rachel back at my apartment later to watch Ayakashi, as was the original plan.

Successfully managed to nab a new blossam shirt (it's pretty plain, just white with lots of pink blossam logos on it, but it'll be perfect as an undershirt) and bought analineblue a really cool shirt she'd asked me to pick up (the rabbit mask one here), then we headed to Akiba.

Got extremely, EXTREMELY distracted on the first floor by the idol magazines. Did I mention we got distracted? Well, this morning nikki_aino posted a video from the latest Visual Boy Brush in which Hosogai Kei (new!Hiyoshi) demonstrates his English prowess. Ho. Ly. Fuck. The boy is fluent. This was the source of my distraction, as I was asldiufshfliusdlfs about there finally being a TeniMyu boy who could understand pretty much any English we could throw at him. Stalking was imminent, and I became A Fan.

Paula bought a couple of magazines, including Visual Boy Brush, and I promptly ripped the interview with Hosogai and Kubota XDDDDD View the clip on youtube here, my own rip of Paula's DVD 8D Please note it's JUST the English bits. Go be AMAZED at Hosogai's skillz! The boy uses slang ("Say WHAT?"  "You nervous?") and his rhythm and intonation even SOUND like a native speaker. It's also interesting the subtle way his voice changes when he switches from Japanese to English, it just sounds...so NOT Japanese anymore, it's weird, and I LIKE it XD That to me is the mark of someone being really good at a language, when they speak in that other language and even their voice sounds like it's natural rather than just repeating learned or scripted words (it's hard to express XD).

Best part of the interview hands down is Kei giving his words to the camera with Kubota "translating," especially if you know enough Japanese to understand how Kubota's just making shit up XD (Kei: (English) "I hope you guys like our pictures, too." -- Kubota: (Japanese) "I love sushi." <--god just the way he says "you guys" even *___* AMAZING.)  GO WATCH IT AND BE AWED. Kubobe, your bigi ain't got SHIT on Hosogai's 8DDDDD

Managed to find the vol 7 of KKM that I needed, and after relieving the character goods floor of some GP and young!Hyoutei stickers + Kuroshitsuji poster, we made our way back to my place to scan stuff and watch Ayakashi.

SCANTIME!! These are pretty big, but not so huge they'll break browsers. I resized them considerably to still be appreciable :D

Also, I loved the bottom right pic so much I kept an original-size version for iconning later. Have it!

Yes, those are the gay-as-hell outfits Queerasfolk-chuuShitenhouji came out in. As you can see, I've labeled everything to help identify who's who. Believe me, this hardly does justice to the sparkles you'll see on the DVD.

Seto Yuusuke and KenKen - ADORABLE interview with KenKen and Seto (Hyoutei A new!Silver Pair) from Good Come. This is only a small snippet from it, after they played a game of soccer against one another and KenKen lost by one point XD;

For the next set of pictures, I ask that you be sure you're sitting down and are not taking any medications for heart conditions.

The "White-collar Worker" Trio - God, Yuuta, and Hirata, all dressed in fucking hot office suits and looking FUCKING HOT. But wait! As if that weren't enough, GOD AND YUUTA IN AN ELEVATOR ABOUT TO FUCK I seriously have absolutely no desire to ship these two in RL as they've really got no more interaction than usual, but hot DAMN if I don't want this to be a dorama right now and want these two to have hot, sweaty, dirty office sex (on or off camera, I'm not picky). It doesn't help that in another part of the photoshoot you see Yuuta being happy and smily having lunch with Hirata, but he just looks so "ffffffuckme plz" in the pics with Daisuke. LIKE HERE.
