ONE OF MY NEW FIRST YEARS KNOWS--AND LOVES--TENIMYU AND BURIMYU.

OH. MY GOD. I AM BEYOND HAPPY.

So, I was doing my final intro lesson for my new first-years (so, 12/13 years old), and I have a powerpoint presentation I use to help show where I come from, my family, and my hobbies. On my hobbies page, I subtly put in a pic of the RMB cast to show that I like musicals and plays and all. THAT'S ME. SUBTLE.

So I flash the slide with this on it, and talk about what all is on the slide (there's stuff about fencing and playing the clarinet, too), and I see this student in the back kind of flailing in her seat XD I'm thinking she probably knows Bleach and recognizes the title (cause I have "Rock Musical Bleach" in katakana on the pic, since it's hard to tell what's being shown).

Then, when class ended, I was about to slip out and finish my work in the teacher's office so I could get outta here and head to Tokyo. But before I could even leave the classroom this chick had linedriven me into the wall telling me, "SENSEI. I LOVE ROCK MUSICAL BLEACH OMG."

Me? Of course I played it cool: "OMG OMG OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS?! ME TOO OMG OMG."

Her: "AND AND AND I LOVE TENIMYU TOO AND--"
Me: "ldisurhlgdiugh OOOOMG YOU'RE SHITTING ME--"
Her: "--YES OMG I OWN THE RIKKAI 2ND SERVICE DVD AND--"
Me: *INCOHERENT* "WE WE WE WE HAVE TO TALK MORE. DEFINITELY."

I HAVE NOOOOO WORDS PEOPLE. If she even KNOWS of *pnish*, she's coming home with me. She doesn't even have to like them, SHE JUST HAS TO KNOW OF TUTI AND NAGAYAN AND EIJI AND DAIKI AND SHE IS MY NEW FAVORITE PERSON ON THE PLANET.
