I have no idea why, but I've really been getting back into a lot of my older fandoms lately (well, some of these don't even qualify as FANDOMS, I just liked the stuff--this was all before the internet became cool).
One of those I really want to go back and reread the books for is Animorphs. I was sooo into these in my late middle-school/early high-school years, and I don't think I ever even finished the series (though I got pretty far). I remember being SO psyched when it became a TV show, and then whining that they messed it up. I remember seeing the first X-Men movie and spazzing because "Jake" was in it (to this day, he is still "Jake" inside my head every time I see "Bobby" XD). I remember being OBSESSED with this series.
And somehow along the way I lost pretty much ALL my books (I'd gotten almost all of them) and never got to reread them when the urge hit me again, and that was years ago.
I'd really like to just drop a hundred bucks on ebay and get one of those "LOT OF 54 + ALL THOSE DAMN EXTRAS SHE KEPT WRITING", but I never had the funds before, and now that I DO I live waythefuck across the Pacific and so shipping's a bitch XD
I COULD go and get them on Amazon, but while that would be cheap in the Marketplace area, it's still buying one at a time >_< and I'm not too keen on doing 53453 transactions :/
Any suggestions? Anyone got some old books they wanna get rid of? :DDDDDD
