I'm really ticked about this because I remembered more of this when I woke up the first time, then went back to sleep and promptly forgot most of it. Go team me. Anyways.
So, I dreamt that my little sister and I were going out for a walk in some apartment complex we lived in. It was really shaded, sandy in places because of not enough sun getting through to the grass below, and the sidewalk we were on was cracked in places, like it'd been there for a while, and roots were upsetting it.
My little sister runs ahead and then there are other people around us just hanging around outside. Like, it was a nice Saturday afternoon, so people were just outside, not doing much. Just my wonderful luck, we shared this apartment complex with none other than Odeko-san himself, TUTI. I really have no idea what our relationship with him was, because I'd look at him and smile and he'd smile back, but not like he knew me. I smiled at him because, hello, it's Tuti, and my reasons were, "OH IT'S TUTI! I KNOW HIM!" but he smiled back like he knew that was why, and was being polite, but thought it was funny for some reason. Wtferry.
I don't remember much after that, other than that it happened a few times, I'd smile, and he'd smile back. Then suddenly my sister and I were sitting at a picnic table with him and Daiki across from us, and we're having a conversation. I at least recognized that it was kind of weird, but still cool, that they were speaking in English, and that Tuti spoke it pretty perfectly, while Daiki still had a thick accent and messed up a little. Plus, you know, he's Daiki, so his mouth tended to spill out words faster than his brain could actually process them ♥ It was incredibly endearing, even in English.
IN OTHER NEWS: I have a joooob~I go in for 4 hours Sunday, 5 hours Monday, and then don't work again til next Saturday~I kinda like that XD Gives me plenty of time to be a bum still, AWESOME.
Also,
kooriyoukai, I talked to Plantation Oaks, and I'm sending my stuff in by fax momentarily :DDDDD They said to put the details of where to file it (with yours) on a cover sheet, along with stuff like lease length and all (still 12 months, right?) and when we wanna move in and where (this I'm not quite clear on still--how's August 12th? Or you need it the week before that?--if we do either of those, I'll come down to sign with you, go shopping and all that good stuff, then come back up here til the 20th or so). They said they'd hold everything with yours til we get down there; you said you sent in the security deposit too, right? If so, as soon as I get it sent down there, they'll call me and confirm everything, then we're SET! WOOHOO!
Loads are steadily being removed from my back, YAYZ. Now to just make some money for all this crap I wanna buy...
