According to the Wiki page (http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%82%AE%E3%83%A3%E3%83%A9%E3%83%B3%E3%83%89%E3%82%A5), it was originally used in the song by the same title, which was derived from scat/vocal improvisation and doesn't really have any meaning :)
I don't quite understand why it came to be used in this manner (the wiki link there says that a chick on All Night Nippon was to embarrassed to say "stomach hair" and said ギャランドゥー instead), but that's all I have!
