Oh, and one more thing. When you translate, what does it mean to type the translations straight into Photoshop? Is this better or something? My new translator wants to do it that way and I have NO idea what she's talking about...

I like the ability to go back over my translations before sending them off, something you can't do if you just edit as you go.
