fencer_x: (Bitch you talkin smack?)

lol Tuti nice mosaic. I totally cannot even remotely tell that you are dressed up as RARARARANDY~

I mean--

Tomorrow's another trip down to Kyoto, BLAH. I should bring back omiyage this time XD
fencer_x: (Ageless)
Man, I am beat. I almost didn't want to go to the show because the jet lag is finally catching up, but this damn ticket was 8000 yen, the after-talk promised to be awesome, and I needed a bit of normalcy, so I dragged myself over to Hatsudai to Shinkokuritsu Gekijou and plopped down for what turned out to be a three hour long musical, eesh.

So, was it worth it? )
fencer_x: (Odeko-san)

Tada ima~ :D I'm tired and exhausted and beat and several other synonyms, but I'm in my apartment at last after three weeks away :3 The flight back was...interesting, mostly because the plane, which can hold a max of about 600 people, looked like this:

Yes, that's about all the people that were on it, seriously--it couldn't have been holding more than 150 or 200 people. It was so weird o_O I had my whole row to myself, so I got to stretch out and sleep the whole way XD Almost as good as First Class, right? (yeah, not really...). Guess it'll still be some time yet before everything's "back to normal"...

I've got Tuti's Onmyouji tomorrow (plus aftertalk with Tuti, Hosogai, and Ueshima yay!) so that'll be a nice distraction, and then the weekend will be for cleaning up my apartment and recovering XD

It's good to be home, very very good :)

fencer_x: (Odeko-san)
Note for future fic-writers:

Tuti's manager's name is Hama-san, and he's an adorable little round man like Tamacchi :D No idea about his personality, but apparently he's really nice and popular with Tuti's fans (so...Tamacchi XD).
fencer_x: (:D)
Mitsuru finally posted her Onsen event report (first night only :( BOOOO) and I thought I'd post some highlights! Click to see~ )
fencer_x: (Bitch you talkin smack?)

The closest Tuti's mouth has ever and will ever come to a boob since breastfeeding y/y??? Aaaand I won't point out what color they are (or that he already ate one XD)

(also haaaay Midorikawa-sensei, I see you there 8D)

Appropriate icon is so appropriate right now.

Y helo thar Tuti, I see you trying to sneak a post in by backdating it randomly (wtf?). I thought he'd made another phantom post that he wasn't supposed to when I got the update notification but still saw Wasshi on the front page, then realized the subject title matched a post from a few days ago that I definitely hadn't noticed. Crazy!

What WASN'T crazy, though, was seeing Nagayan plastered across that photo XDDDD I hoped for a moment that the lady Tuti was standing to the right of was his mom (since she went), because sdlfiusdhflsd Tuti and his mom and Nagayan. PLEASE. Yumiko and her bbs ;; BUT looks like it's just one of the staffmembers.

This is Tsune-san and the staff of Hotel Sengoku who took care of me, and Nagayama Takashi, who came all the way out to Isawa Onsen regardless of the fact that he was only appearing for 15 minutes.

Ffffff. How after all this time am I still just so fricking thrilled by them? idgi :< But I hope this awesome feeling never goes away...!
fencer_x: (Yukidaruma-san)
Snooooooow! Snow has FINALLY come to Tokyo this year :3 It's just a little flurry, though, and isn't very cold so it's mixed with rain, but there are big fat white flakes coming down and I luvs it :D

In other news, my ipod loves me and is totes in tune with What's Going On, because on shuffle, out of my several thousand songs, it played not only Tuti's and Nagayan's "Golden Pair" from Side Fudoumine, but also the one from DL1st! One in the morning on the way to work, and one on the way home XD I swear I did not kind of sort of tear up listening to it thinking about how 24ish hours before they were physically singing that same song in front of an audience ;~; I promise. Not much.

In still other news, Japanese girls continue to amuse me XD

Saturday, I met up with Mary (not her real name, but it's what she likes me to call her XD), a friend we met at Tuti's Meiji Mura event back in September of last year. She was going to attend both days of the Onsen event, and since check-in wasn't until 3 PM that afternoon, she killed some time in the morning with me in Shinjuku so we could gab and catch up (she lives in Hiroshima, so she had quite a trek to make). Since she speaks really good English, our convo was almost entirely in English with a smattering of Japanese now and then, so it was nice to be able to relax and not have to be "on" while speaking Japanese XD

We parked ourselves in a Saizeriya and ordered some snacks so that we could just sit and talk the whole time, and talk we did XD She regaled me of the awesome questions that Tuti asked (for the yes/no quiz) on the way back from the event, since he rode on a different bus than me, and one in particular she found amusing:

I prefer chubby girls over skinny ones, yes or no?

His answer? YES. XDDDD Apparently this response was so unexpected and out of the ordinary, that she then confided in me: "You know, I don't think Tuti actually likes girls at all." I wanted to die XDDDD I love that like, he's so out there and so flaming that even Japanese girls (even his FANS who LIKE HIM [but presumably are OK with not being potential date material]) look at him and think, :/ idk that he swings my way...

I'm hoping she'll call/email me soon to tell me how the event went *___* She actually called me THE NIGHT that Nagayan appeared as a guest, presumably to fangirl at me about it, but I had JUST gone to bed and missed it ;~; Marrrryyyyyyy PLEASE CALL SOON.

Two fun points!

1) ZOMG. Does THIS mean Tuti's going to be giving us awesome HQ pics again like he used to when he first started his blog??

I feel like digital cameras from even a few years ago are better than cellphones we have now.
So I plan on walking around with a digital camera for a while.
Since I can't carry around my twin-lens as it's too heavy.

YES. Please do ;^; I've missed those pics so much!

2) JIN HAS A BLOG. I was just stupid and missed it; it's not like he just started one XD So going back through his few entries from the past couple of weeks I picked out, of course, pics with Pedomaru 8D Like this one from their interview together (which comes out today! And which I may procure after work!) and this one in which Pedomaru tosses a peace sign into the pic at the last minute and Jin LOLZ and calls him a "mischievous guy" XD Also :33333 Jin and Tsuji~

I feel like it should be Friday :|

lol whut

Funny, I made that same face when I saw Tuti in this image...

In unrelated news, I just won a senshuuraku ticket for Sunday's TeniMyu show in the 2nd or 3rd row center 8D;;;; Aaaaand my live-viewing ticket for February's senshuuraku (the final-final one for the return show) is 5th row center at the cinema I booked XD THIS YEAR'S TENIMYU'S STARTING TO LOOK GOOD.
fencer_x: (Scheduling)
So, all things considered? This weekend has had its highs and its lows, but come out pretty much on the high side in my opinion :) I feel like I've done nothing but whine for the past week or so on here, and feel bad for it ^^; So I'll try to focus on the positive things here!

1) I traded my crappy loaner phone in for a much better one which, while not my smartphone, actually holds a charge this time ;)

2) Saw Tuti be extremely flaming gay on stage while portraying a host from Shinjuku 2-chome in Ika Hotel. He was also adorable XD; And there was a character in the same play (his brother, alas!) named "Nagaoka Takashi" :D

3) Saw "Hard to Hold" again, rounding out my two times seeing this run and feel very satisfied :3 I can't wait for the DVD to share with everyone, because it really is just an amazing show. It's one of those plays that you watch and think, "Wow, this is theater...!" because it's a very thinky show, but not so thinky that you can't understand it, yanno? Plus it's full of pretty boys, Shouta's a slutty schoolboy, and Tsuji's a fucked up teacher :3 Where can you go wrong??

4) And seeing Tsuji again reminded me how much I love the guy, so I splurged and bought his and Mako-chan's version of Secret Garden, which I intend to share soon, and [livejournal.com profile] daiki_dansu was a lovely lovely girl and bought the Shouta+Hirayama version! So I can share both :3 Which is awesome, because Hirayama very much takes after his sempai TUTI (because they're in the same agency :D) in that he's just a consummate actor and can take on amazingly hilarious characters and change them up lickety-split *____* Even Midorikawa from H2H, who's a creepy scientist, he manages to make hilarious at times, much like Tuti does with his bad-guy characters. HEE.

5) I'm pretty much all done with work! Sure I have some smaller projects due in the next 3 or 4 days, but I'm finished with my big projects for the year! And I leave for America in less than a week~ :D

6) I'M A FIERCE CODING BITCH. I've almost got my submissions for the layout contest on [livejournal.com profile] pnish (yes, that's plural. SUBMISSIONS) all finished, so prepare to be amazed :D ....I hope :D They look like shit in IE, but they look absolutely pristine and perfect on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, so I'm not too torn up :D You can preview one of them on [livejournal.com profile] japanorama for now (thoughts are welcome 8D)

7) This is actually really sad because I had to say goodbye to half of this pair this morning, but the second half of 2010 was just as fun and interesting and bearable as the first half thanks in large part to [livejournal.com profile] faded_lace and [livejournal.com profile] yomimashou ;___; Thank you guys so much for hanging out with me and going along with my crazy antics and occasional assholery without wanting to slap me too hard ♥ I can't wait til you're here again!!

8) ...I definitely should stop right here because now it's late and I'm getting choked up XD; *goes to bed* Oh! BUT FIRST, please see Shouta's entry describing the cast:

Shou-san, who's adult and quite but kind of funny that way!
Hirayama-san, who's a bit strange but really nice!
My partner (hehe) Tsujimoto-kun!
The casually funny Morita-san!
And the kind of 'sucks-to-be-you' mood maker Ryuu-chan!

Shouta ilusfm because ylTsujisfm ♥ Keep on being T2, T2. Especially when you are somehow still T2 at curtain (like when Shouta slapped Tsuji's ass at curtain on opening night [or was it the other way around? ALL I REMEMBER IS THAT THERE WAS ASS SLAPPING BETWEEN THE TWO AT CURTAIN] or when Tsuji called him 'zachou' so lovingly XD) DESPITE TSUJI PRACTICALLY MOLESTING SHOUTA ON STAGE and strangling him and whispering aishiteru *shivers* you two, YOU TWO.

*goes to bed, seriously*
fencer_x: (>_>)
Well fuck :P

First Nagayan tortured me with it, and now Tuti's doing it: OVERNIGHT BIRTHDAY EVENT AT AN ONSEN.

Birthday events I can do. Overnight events I can do. But I don't like onsens because, uh, public bathing and Japanese food are not things I dig (yes, I know, I LIVE IN JAPAN.), and they are things that are in abundance at an onsen :P

While of course I'd love to BE THERE, I don't want to go alone XD; and I kind of don't want to be the only foreigner there either, which I definitely will be if previous trips are any indication XD; SOMEONE COME WIIIIITH D: It's a weekend! ...That's all I know right now XD;
fencer_x: (Bitch you talkin smack?)
I...umm XD Is this good, or bad? Crappy pic is crappy, Tuti :P

Though that reminds me! Yuuko kindly cleared up something I'd been wondering since Meiji Mura! On the bus, during the marubatsu game, he brought up the issue of what his little sister's job is, something I've always wondered. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand the explanation, as it wasn't a word I'd heard before, so I asked Yuuko if she remembered. Turns out she did! Tuti's little sister is...a 歯科衛生士 XDDDD Which I'm sure you can all understand, but just in case you can't, it means "dental hygienist" :D

The More You Know~
fencer_x: (Facepalm)
....Oh Tuti XD;;;;

(that link is dead now, but just a few minutes ago it was a picture of a map on the back of a business card directing whoever the text was for here and something about karaoke later >___>)

*waits for the inevitable "oh shit sorry ignore that" post that is sure to follow + pic of himself in his underwear*

ETA: Please review this conversation between myself and [livejournal.com profile] faded_lace right when Tuti posted that pic:

[livejournal.com profile] faded_lace: with whoooo
[livejournal.com profile] fencer_x: is what I wanna knoooow
[livejournal.com profile] faded_lace: actor friend, perhaps???
[livejournal.com profile] fencer_x: Nagayan's show is most definitely finished :D ...OR TACCHAN XD oh god please let it be TACCHAN
[livejournal.com profile] faded_lace: Awww! That'd be so cuuuute
[livejournal.com profile] fencer_x: I think I want it to be Tacchan more than Nagayan even. BOTH WOULD BE BEST
[livejournal.com profile] faded_lace: yeah XDD threesome??
[livejournal.com profile] fencer_x: I'm totally down for some TNT :D

Almost immediately after that? ISAKA TATSUYA POSTS THIS.

"I met up with Nagayama-san and Tsuchiya-san! It's pretty fun~♪"

GOD. OUR POWERS ARE SO FUCKING AMAZING. I fucking scare myself all the timesometimes 8|

So, while hanging around in the lobby between the matinee and soiree shows in Nagoya, one of [livejournal.com profile] faded_lace's Japanese friends who kind of latched onto us at the show asked me if I knew what ギャランドゥー meant, in relation to Tuti (wtf???). I naturally hadn't (and if any of you have, you really should tell me WHY you know what it means XD;;; because I can't imagine where you'd learn it...). She collapsed into a fit of laughter with another friend of hers and kept going, "See! I knew she wouldn't! No one knows what it means!!"

She then excitedly motioned me closer to tell me what it meant so I could relate it to the others in our party, and whispered in my ear something that took me a minute to understand...at which point I came to the dreaded realization that there was a very appropriate translation of that word in English. ギャランドゥー means:

...happy trail XD;;;; aka the line of hair leading down from the belly button into the pubic area XD;;;;;; oh GOD. Of course I then stupidly taught her this English word, which she just seemed to fall in love with, and spent the rest of the time between shows randomly inserting it into conversations and telling us how we should ask Tuti in English to please show us his happy trail. >____> Good lord XD;;;

In other news, senshuuraku was sooo good ;__; Naoto was almost crying, Taito fell off the stage and into the crowd, Masashi managed to pull off his juggling act without messing up, and [livejournal.com profile] faded_lace, on learning that baka is written 馬鹿, pointed out to me how it is cleverly hidden in a room set on the stage via a relief of some horses running sitting on the wall next to a mounted deer's head XDDDD

This week is NEPPUU! Aka The Dog and Monkey Show :D I see that T2 et al. had an awesome time in Fukuoka (with Shouta gracing us with a lovely Golden Trio pic XD) and no of course I'm not bitter I wasn't there to see it :PPPP WHY WOULD I BE?? >_> And tomorrow night is the LIVE WEBCHAT WITH TUTI! (if you missed his announcement, this was the plan he mentioned for being able to interact more with people far away) I'm really wondering wtf it'll be about? XD;;; [livejournal.com profile] faded_lace and [livejournal.com profile] yomimashou are coming over to watch it with me, and I'm going to try my level best to record it so--cross your fingers! Hopefully no one will be embarrassing and ask him to show his ギャランドゥー :PPPPP (because really, who needs to see that?? :/)

Deja vu~

I guess *pnish* liked this foot-onsen/izakaya so much, they decided to go back again a year later XD
fencer_x: (:D)
I can't believe I just posted Western Mode fic XD; Well, at least I wasn't the first, so it's not so bad, I suppose :D

In other news, wtf is Tuti up to? From his most recent entry:

Right now, I'm considering a project to help people living far away enjoy things more.
Around next Tuesday evening, I plan to try something out using the Internet.
I'm making preparations at a fast pace right now.

Uuuhhh. So is this as himself, or as *pnish*? Or something else? Is he seriously giving consideration to we the lovely foreign fans (HAH.) or at least other fans in Japan (more likely)? He's always been considerate of people trying to watch stuff online, even back during PaniSuta; he would always apologize for the crappy webfeed and all. It sucked, but it was at least nice knowing he felt bad for it, even though there was nothing he could do.

I'm curious as to wtf this is though :D *excited*

[Firefox is compatible with all devices with Android firmware 2.0]

Someone want to explain to me why the hell AU is just releasing firmware 1.6 (got it yesterday >_>) for their Android phones when 2.2 just came out? 1.6 came out ONE YEAR AGO. This is the mobile phone equivalent of finally upgrading to XP when Windows 7 just came out.

There are APPS I WANT TO USE. Like FIREFOX and PAYPAL. Apps that would be USEFUL. Why the hell is this taking so long?!

In other news, I finally nutted up and turned in a bottle of Tsuchiya brand wine at the presents table at Western Mode :3 Will this gift, too, go the way of the Postcard Project? .......probably XD;
fencer_x: (Facepalm)

Context for the above clip: Giggles are when Eiji tells him he's the main character in their next skit; facepalm is when he's told he's married. IT'S OKAY TUTI. IT'S JUST FICTION.
fencer_x: (Product Promotion)

Okay, it's almost 7 AM, and we just got back from Nagoya after taking the night bus back to Tokyo, but before I collapse into a heap on my bed here, I had to share this with the world at large XD;

I'd spent several days fretting over what to wear to Tuti's Amazing Meiji Mura Adventure as it were, because I'm always nervous about how to present myself, as I'm a freak that way :P Unfortunately, some of the nicest, trendiest things I own...are Blossam items XD; So reluctantly I decided to wear the newest piece, despite already having decided to bring my Decossam bag--I would have worn another bag, but it was my only shoulder bag, and I didn't want to carry around a normal purse all day.

[livejournal.com profile] faded_lace and [livejournal.com profile] yomimashou were also equally worried as to what to wear, and after we jokingly suggested that we all wear that same Blossam shirt (because we all had different colors), my worries that it would be in semi-awkward taste and get us weird looks from both Tuti AND the other chicks in attendance shone through, so they were going to find something else to wear.

.......So NATURALLY when the day-of came, we all wore our matching Blossam shirts to Tuti's event XD;;;

But, I thought, it might not be so bad--I was wearing a little 3/4-length sleeve wrap over the shirt anyways, he might not even notice, and another chick there had a Decossam bag, so...not so bad, right?

As we enjoyed the event, I'd actually pretty much forgotten we were wearing anything remotely "weird" even, until our group's turn came to spend a little time with Tuti (there were 5-6 smaller groups inside the main group of ~80, so we got to have some time with him and just our group of 5-6 people) where we all met up at this really old historic post office that's still in use. You can send postcards/letters from the post office there, and it'll have some special Meiji Mura stamp, so we all agreed to send ourselves postcards, and Tuti would write us a message and sign it for us. I'll touch on the awesome happenings of the other two later, but for now--mine XD

I was one of the last people in the group when he worked his way around the table to sign and write on our postcards, and so after he finished with [livejournal.com profile] faded_lace beside me, he sauntered over, took my pen, and started scribbling. About halfway through, I realized what he was writing (let it be said he knew exactly what he wanted to write--no hesitation, just started scribbling away XD;;;) and wanted to sink into the floor XDDDDD This postcard is now on its way back to me:

XDDDDDD (the kai at the end is kind of a dialectical version of ka, so he's kind of saying, "Seriously?! BLOSSAM??" in a humorous orz way XD;;;; The other girls at our table found it quite amusing as well XD (let me put it this way: all the shippy TxN girls at Nagayan's events? On their off days, they come to spend time at Tuti's 8DDDDD I will enjoy explaining how our group was in stitches when Tuti walked into a stall labeled 'dagashi' XDDDDD)
